Ulasan Always Niseko

The hotel is quite new with comfortable bed and beddings. Reception staff are expats with fluent English and very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok as it was cold and a bit salty so need improvement. Given we came in low season we were the only guest here and we have a good stay with a very reasonable price and good service.

Comfortable room. Not too far from Hirafu Center, free shuttle bus going to the gondola and key places, but the bus only runs every 30min. Convenient with ski lockers. Not a lot of breakfast variety though.

Clean, spacious & comfy space! Everything is on point - space, service, ambience, etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there :)

Clean and Modern, breakfast was also a good spread of international and Japanese options. Location is close to the slopes to walk if you miss the shuttle bus. Will definitely come back if I am in Hirafu again.

Hotel is a bit far from ski area (10-15 mins walk) especially when it’s snowing and freezing. Shuttle bus only available every 30-60mins. Transportation around town and from Kutchan is not easy. Room is spacious and functional but not pleasant to stay. Bed frame is light and easy to move. Pillow is too soft.

長期利用していない部屋だったのか湯船の中と窓際に虫の死骸があった。 駐車場がニセコなのに有料。 フロントスタッフの対応が悪い。

部屋が広くてきれいで過ごしやすかった。 朝食メニューがもう少し充実してると良かった。

Can't fault it at the price. Easy walk to town in the evening or if you don't want to wait for the shuttle bus. Good breakfast. No lunch, dinner or bar service in the restaurant as it is late season but I wouldn't have used it anyway as there are plenty of options in Hirafu.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Always Niseko, and I must say, it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The rooms were impeccably clean (shout out to Mina) and comfortable, providing a cozy retreat after a day of exploring the stunning surroundings of Niseko. Looking forward to returning for another unforgettable winter season.

Excellent accomodation, shuttle bus was extremely helpful - only downside was the attached restaurant was closed at some points due to staffing issues - but when it was open it was very good.

Located in quiet area. Shuttle service is very good. For a fairly new building there are some disappointments in terms of comfort; Heating in the room is poorly controlled and showers are not equipped with pressure static valves maintaining constant temperature.

Great property with friendly staff. Reasonable facilities. Good transport and friendly helpful drivers like Max. I would happily stay here again
