非常好的滑雪飯店，旁邊就是纜車站，房間豪華寬敞，設備完備，房間中就可以洗衣洗碗，杯碗瓢盆一應俱全，屬於豪華實用的飯店

Wir sind rundum zufrieden. Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir von der Rezeption herzlich entgangen und umfangreich informiert. Wir hatten das Atelierzimmer gebucht, was gut durchdacht ist. Der Trockenraum für Snowboard gut. Das Hotel verfügt über einen sehr schönen Spa. Das Frühstückst umfangreich und lecker. Aufgrund der frühzeitigen Schließung des Central 4 Lift ( wir zur neuen Session ein Upgrade gekommen) gab es kein Ski im and out. Dies wird im kommenden Jahr wieder möglich sein. Ein Hotel-Fahrer hatte mich direkt an die Gondel gefahren, nachdem ich meinen Bus verpasst habe. Insgesamt ein sehr schönes Hotel, mit guter Lage und hervorragendem Service!

真的沒想過酒店會這麼大，房間真的很大很新，是出乎意料的好。另外，溫泉有私人部份，很讚！其他設施對於冬天旅客來說非常足夠。

部屋が広く清潔感もあり、ゆったりした時間が過ごせました。とても素敵な滞在となり、また泊まりに来たいと思います。

다 좋았은데 여름이라 그런가 주변 상권이 다소 많이 아쉬웠습니다. 호텔에서 자체적으로 술집을 하는지는 모르지만 주변에 가게를 구글로 검색해서 갔더니 다 영업을 종료해서 아쉬웠습니다.

니세코 리조트 단지에서 위치도 좋은 편인데, 무엇보다 뷰가 좋고 룸이 넉넉해서 마음에 들었다. 웰컴 티푸드도 아주 섬세한 배려가 돋보인다.

房間很寬敞，很適合一家子旅遊選擇，服務非常棒

環境舒適，服務員態度很好，但煮食設備開始殘舊，建議酒店更換煮食用具

We loved our room, the private onsen and the close proximity to the slopes the main town and the activities we chose for our stay. We are especially grateful to Aiden and Oscar in the Ski Valet who were super helpful and friendly fellow Aussies, and special thanks to Jace the concierge who was very informative and friendly. The Aya Kitchen really let the hotel down though. The restaurant doesn’t match the high end feel of the hotel. There were boxes and junk around the periphery of the room and the whole feel isn’t as intimate as the rest of the hotel. The food didn’t meet expectations and the menu choice was disappointing. That being said, I would consider staying again.

Great location, attentive staff, well appointed and large rooms, good for ski in & out Negatives: had to pay extra for cleaning services, very small and basic gym, 10 am check out

From the price that was charged for the 3 bedroom apartments for our family, we were expecting a service comparable to other hotels in Japan but we were all unfortunately disappointed. 1. Breakfast was of limited japanese options though they did offer bento takeaway boxes. 2. Concerige was non-existent with regards to ski tickets and early delivery of luggage to Haneda. We had to figure everything ourselves. 3. Onsen and breakfast areas were too small to cater to the ski crowd. In short, for the price that AYA is charging, there are way better options in Niseko. A complete disappointment.

Its a perfect location for family with little kids who just start to ski, very convenient!

Love the location and the service! Will definitely be back again
