I want to give top marks for customer recovery for Chalet Ivy. I booked five nights there for a Feb ski trip in october 2022. It was confirmed by Agoda, the booking agglomeration site. But 3 weeks before the trip, they claimed they couldn’t find the booking and had to cancel the booking. The fault seemed to lay with their 3rd party wholesaler for rooms. With sky high costs and low availability at this stage, I freaked out. But Vladi the reservations officer from Chalet Ivy manager managed to re-book me in albeit at a slightly higher price- offset by the compensation I received from Agoda. We even had an upgrade to a Mt Yotei view room. Great save. Also a shoutout to front reception staff like Rou Hong who was so helpful. All in a great experience staying at the Chalet Ivy

二回目の宿泊でしたが、やはり部屋がひろく 落ちつく内装です。 ミニキッチンがある部屋で使ってはないですが 飲みもの飲むのに良かったです。 大浴場の温泉は、あまり、泉質はわからない感じでした。 食事がないので、朝は近くのカフェにたべにいきました。 コストパフォーマンスもよいと思います！

Apabila anda menginap di The Setsumon in Kutchan, anda akan berada berhampiran lif ski, tidak jauh dari Pusat Peranginan Gunung Niseko Grand Hirafu dan 13 minit berjalan kaki dari Niseko-Shakotan-Otarukaigan Quasi-National Park. Pangsapuri ski ini berada 27.6 km dari Resort Rusutsu dan 12 km dari Kawasan Ski Antarabangsa Annupuri Niseko.Gunakan kemudahan sesuai yang disediakan seperti akses Internet wayarles percuma, perkhidmatan rencam dan penjagaan anak/bayi (surcaj).Kemudahan yang ditampilkan adalah termasuk perkhidmatan pencucian kering/dobi, kakitangan berbilang bahasa dan tempat simpanan bagasi. Tempat letak kenderaan sendiri percuma terdapat di tapak hartanah.Selesakan diri anda di salah satu daripada 22 bilik tamu yang menampilkan peti sejuk dan ketuhar gelombang mikro. I had such a wonderful stay at this very nice hotel. It was my first time staying in a pod like this and it was so much fun. Neighbors were very respectful with the noise level and I slept quite comfortably. The shared facilities were also gorgeous and the showers and bathrooms were very clean and tidy. The hotel also provides shuttle service to the Hirafu Welcome center every 30 minutes, which is very useful for snowboarding all day. They provide breakfast which is pretty good, but the dinner was much more delicious. I would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing 5 night stay at Miru Niseko in March 2023. Our group was 3 adults & 2 small children, and we had interconnecting apartment rooms. The rooms were so comfortable, clean, spacious and well designed. Amazing snowy views from all windows and very peaceful. We loved the Blackwood grill for breakfast everyday - the adults tried all kinds of different Japanese and western breakfasts and the picky children were accommodated for very well. On our last night we had the course dinner and were blown away - do not miss this and book in advance! It was such a special dining experience. The in-house Onsen is gorgeous - there are indoor and outdoor pools to experience. Perfect after a day on the slopes. The Miru Niseko is only 4 minutes drive from Hirafu town and there is a convenient shuttle bus running morning, lunch, and the evening so you can get in and out without needing a private car. All the staff were so welcoming and wonderful, and went the extra mile to help us and recommend restaurants and activities. 10/10 we will be back - the chalets look amazing and we will try those next time! Our family stayed at Ki Niseko for 3 nights in early January 2024...one of our best experiences. Located next to Hirafu Mountain Center and Holiday Pair Lift 1, it's convenient for us to pick up ski gears at a counter inside the hotel and directly ski in & out. This area is less crowded than those around Ace Family Lift at the west of Grand Hirafu...thus, an ideal place for beginners. Our Nitori Room is spatial, cozy, clean, and fully equipped with various facilities & furniture, including stoves, oven, dishwasher, laundry machine, utensils, dining table, etc. Our room was supposed to have Mt. Yotei view. Unfortunately, there was heavy snow & cloudy during our first 3 days. If you visit Niseko during heavy snow season, booking the volcano view room is at your own risk. Majority of the hotel staff are international. They are professional, friendly, and helpful. The hotel offered our family complimentary private onsen and transfer to Hirafu Welcome Center's bus stop. Breakfast is delicious and with sufficient variety of foods, though the menu was nearly the same everyday during our stay. All in all, we would recommend Ki Niseko and hope to come back again.

My experience at The Vale Niseko was overall fantastic, but there were some challenges being the end of the ski season that if we had been informed would have made us choose differently. My suggestion if going towards end of season check on what facilities/Resturants and lists are operating The ski-in ski out nature requires about 100m walk up a hill to the lift this may change with the new gondola being built. The lift closed and we required shuttles to the gondola which was painful as they only ran for parts of the day but most likely wouldn’t be an issue at peak season The accommodations were luxurious and well-equipped, we had a 2 Bedroom room with Mt Yotei view it was large and spacious and great for a family of four The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met throughout our stay. A special call out to all but 1 staff member who when booking our transfer back to Niseko said you need to do it 2 weeks i advance, which was blatant lie. A special call out to 1 member of staff Charles Ruxton who personally fixed our transport issue. From the moment we arrived, Charles exuded professionalism and warmth. He greeted us with genuine enthusiasm, making us feel instantly welcomed and valued. Throughout our stay, Charles demonstrated a remarkable attention to detail, consistently going above and beyond to anticipate our needs and preferences. HIs Affinity with our children and the love and care he showed was nothing short of truly wonderful. He is an absolute asset to the organisation As a Marriott Ambassador member that stay more than 150 nights in hotel per year I do not put this recommendation forward lightly he is truly one of the best You do need to be organised for everything like dinners, ski lessons, transfers. If you plan on hiring a car YOU MUST HAVE A PAPER INTERNATIONAL DRIVERS LICENCEE Despite these challenges, I would still recommend The Vale Niseko for its beautiful setting, comfortable accommodations, and overall excellent service. It's important to plan ahead if visiting during peak times to fully enjoy all that the resort has to offer.

A stunning hotel with well sized family apartments, each bedroom had its own ensuite and the apartment had well appointed kitchen facilities. Beautifully situated on the outskirts of town very close to the Family run chairlift. Vehicle available to run to the other Niseko chairlifts or gondola and restaurants, but it is so close you can also walk. Well appointed hotel with a beautiful indoor outdoor onset. Delicious breakfast buffet included. Staff were excellent particularly Lily, Chris and driver Hector.. Intuition had an excellent ski room also with heated cabinets to dry out your gear each time. Snow-covered walk to and from the village and plenty of room for the family in our apartment … would highly recommend this hotel.
