Ulasan Ramada Encore by Wyndham Kuwait Downtown

Very enjoyable stay at Ramada, my room and the shower room were nice and modern, bed was comfortable and I slept well. Breakfast was fantastic with a wide variety on offer plus a hot station for waffles, omelettes, and pancakes! Staff are just the best, super friendly and helpful! Was able to check in early, and am so thankful as I had a long flight in! I didn’t get their names but the Filipino woman at the front desk, and the staff in the breakfast room, plus the cleaning staff - all amazed me with their high level of professionalism and helpfulness! Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again when I visit! Thank you again!

Had a lovely stay here in Kuwait at this grand hotel. Good food, service was amazing. Only downside was you had to active your card to access the pool. This should be done on check in

I enjoyed staying at this hotel during my vacation. The hotel was very clean and with in walking distance of may of the sights. I just wish the pool was open, unfortunately I travelled here just after the summer season, besides that I had a great time.

Nice hotel. I stayed during Ramadan, so you can only get food through room service or until Iftar. Shower water was hot, just how I like it. Would stay again.

My experience was far from satisfactory. The hotel has outdated conditions . It’s evident that the property hasn’t seen any renovations in quite some time, which gives it an overall neglected appearance. The rooms were particularly disappointing. They were poorly furnished, with old and worn-out furniture that did not match the expectations set by the hotel’s promotional materials. Additionally, the cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired. There were signs of wear and tear throughout, from stained carpets to outdated bathroom fixtures. Overall, the experience was far from what I hoped for, and I believe the hotel needs significant renovations to bring it up to par with contemporary standards. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made. It was uncomfortable stay.

Shower in condition due to mold. AC is old and direct over the bed - every 3 minutes it kind of has a fan boost mode which is annoying trying to sleep. Lots of sanitizer dispenser everywhere but all empty. Swimming pool is closed due to some kind of of season. Not mentioned on trip.com or other common booking sites. Reception didn’t offer any alternative and pretends it’s written everywhere. Quite rude behavior.

the hotel was nice generally a bit on the expensive side for my liking. although nice doesn’t really match with the images but still pleasant. swimming pool was closed because it is “winter” although it was 30 degrees sunny weather and end of march.

The room was nice and really clean. The workers were really nice however the amenities could be improved. There were 2 small bottles of water and when we asked for more they told us it costed us 750 files for 100 ml. However there is a lot of supermarkerts that deliver and everything is close by.

Nice hotel however the room service takes forever!
