First time staying with this property. It is an older facility but well maintained. It is exceptionally well staffed...all are helpful, courteous,t well-spoken. I was well pleased with my room and the amenities. It was large, comfortable, quiet, and well stocked. They also offer courteous valet parking. The breakfast buffet was typical to the region but included some delicious additions (fried shrimp, sushi, etc.). Don't get confused as I did when arriving (and likely many others...they were certainly use to explaining), but the Sheraton Four Points is located about 200' away and this Sheraton facility shares the property with Saint Regis hotel. Google took me to the other Sheraton and it was simpler navigating to use Saint Regis as my destination. The Club Lounge is useful but extremely limited. Surprisingly, they hotel will only issue money with a receipt. So, if you need money to purchase something (to get a receipt), you must use the ATM. It was a pleasant stay, and I would use them again to stay within my preferred chain. However, I plan to research other options first before returning.

St. Regis, formerly known as Sheraton, is a new luxury hotel in Kuwait City. The hotel was open after an exterior renewal and a complete renovation of room floors and rooms. Lobby and restaurants remain untouched for now. Was extremely happy with the service as expected. I booked the a Grand Deluxe room which was extremely spacious and really nice. Views of the Main Street, nothing special, except for the beautiful architecture of Shaikh Jaber Alahmad Alsabah Center, which houses the Opera. Food is delicious, known for its Indian, Lebanese, and Italian, and Persian restaurants, in addition to the English Tea Lounge. The location is excellent for business and leisure, with many restaurants, cafes, and shopping around. I would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful property and the staff and team are also great. I really like the options at breakfast in comparison to other properties we have stayed at in Kuwait. Very large selection of items which is great. Unfortunately we experienced some interesting hiccups in our short stay. We visited the property in July where the weather in Kuwait was around 45degrees Celsius and the air conditioning stopped working in the hotel. The miss for me here is the lack of proactive communication. I only found out after asking as the temperature was getting unbearable in the room and wasn’t getting better even after I turned the inroom air conditioning to max. The room was extremely hot and we ended up checking out early and going to another hotel. With all these hiccups the management team(Safia) was very empathetic of the situation and sent me their sincerest apologies. I also want to say thank you for finding my Van Cleef necklace in our room and having the team deliver it to me. As you can imagine I was extremely worried that it was lost and the team found it in my room post check out and brought it back safely. Special thank you to Safia who made things right even with all these hiccups. True customer service. Really appreciate everything!!

Very good location, 20 min far from the Towers and 10 from Cornice. We stay there 5 days. Breakfast was very good and the staff helpful and kindly with a special mention for Mr Santosh, Mr Rafat and the Manager. Wifi very strong as well as the cleaness of our room n° 1405. Bus stop is 50 meters far and the bus 51 will bring you to city center. Kuwait City is not a touristic place, so you'll not find shops for tourist and no maps. Remember that Red Fort is closed on friday morning, it'll open in the afternoon at 4 p.m.

Excellent location and hotel. Beautifully decorated with a luxury vibe. The staff are fantastic. Furniture comfy and grand. Rooms are classy and modern with a taste of antique classic style. The bed is comfy and pillows too. Towels great size and great cotton weave. Again the bedding is all cotton too. This makes for a comfy stay in the room. The hotel has a great sea view, make sure you get that so you can see the daily sunsets over the Kuwait bay. You can see stars too from the bed. The hotel has everything you need with a wise staff that facilitate tours if needed and drives/pick up’s. Be sure to build a relationship with them all, they are superb! Remember to tip as with any and all places, it is much appreciated. The food at the hotel is great too, although ring Ramadan the restaurant was closed; they did room service and will soon after the end of Ramadan open the breakfast buffet which I think will be great, good price- 2 dinar. All in all, this place is in a safe and beautiful location.

The access to the hotel is inconvenient. There is a stairway leading from the ground to mezzanine before you can catch a lift to the hotel. The staff is polite but there is some unrealistic approach to managing the hotel. Its 2022 for God's sake!!. Was travelling for work and due to unforeseen circumstances the stay had to be extended. Upon requesting an extension i received numerous calls to my room to come down and pay!! i explained i was doing some work and would be there later, But they seemed relentless. Eventually i settled that. Later the same evening after dinner i requested for the bill to added to my room account and again the same unrelenting attitude of pay before you step out of the restaurant. There seems to be something seriously wrong with the way the hotel is managed. I guess they don't have the system of check out where you settle and exit. Or maybe they are not familiar or maybe they simply don't care. So if you want to experience the 1980's along with the interiors, furnishings, cramped up bath space and an attitude to match that paying 35KD per night feel free to explore. Else look for better options. And yes you get one bottle of water, 2 tea and 2 coffee.. dare you ask for anymore. You will pay 1.2KD for each bottle of water thereafter!!!

I could not be happier anywhere else, from great location to the cleanliness and hygiene that are very important, in room, washrooms, places I dine. This hotel takes care of it's guests and make them feel at home. Food is super clean and tasty. Special thanks to Mr. Sameh Sekkina and his team. They make huge difference. I highly recommend this hotel, consistently outstanding, exceeding guests expectations.

It’s my best experience at an ibis hotel. From the kindness of the staff to the hotel facilities, which were impeccable. I congratulate the reception staff, especially Mr. Mahmoud, who, from the moment he received me, treated me with great kindness and he was ready to help with whatever I needed. I’m used to stay at this Hotel since 8 hours . This year I found that its completely different than before by everything, starting from the attractive new decoration till the management of the place . Even the caffe that exiting there naw become more elegant. I don’t need to go out searching for new hookah place. All in one place ( hookah, food, live music) everything is just perfect 🌹🌹 I need to send special thanks for mr. Osama Al Kotok for his supper great effort in changing this place to much nice attractive hotel specially week end they always have live show with singer including very delicious open buffet. Also mr. IBRAHEEM iSSAM for the nice arrangement of my brother birthday party, everything was just perfect. My best regards Dr. Laurna matar.
