Hotel Kyoto dengan Bar

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room and hallway were very clean. The price was very fair. What made us happy was the breakfast on the top floor. The floor rotated while eating. We had a great view of the whole of Kyoto. We will definitely come back and stay again. Thank you Rihga Royal Hotel Kyoto

have suttle buses from the kyoto station to the hotel. and I have to say the shuttle bus driver is so welcoming and cheerful. also convenient to go to sightseeing places by bus( around 5min walk) but no convenient stores nearby. the closest one will be about 10min walk

The hotel is very comfortable, clean and the aesthetic is very nice with a beautiful entrance and Japanese style rooms. The onsen is also lovely, a decent size and great to relax in after a day of walking around Kyoto. The basic room has everything you need although they are quite small. If you are travelling with large suitcases they will take up most of the spare space in the room. In terms of location the hotel is about 10min walk from the main station and 8min from the closest metro stop. There is a fantastic ramen shop on the same street which gets long queues but is definitely worth the wait. There is a ‘tourism tax’ which you have to pay upon arrival - about 7€ per person. Overall the hotel was very nice and I would recommend staying there.

There are many things to like about this hotel but let me start with the most important- its people. I must give special thanks to the Front Office Manager- Yuki. On one of the nights, I had unfortunately developed a high fever- coming from abroad, I was in an anxious state about the care I may receive or what my next steps should be. All the hospitals in the surrounding area were full and could not accept walk ins. We rang the front desk and the manager Yuki reassured us that he would assist in ensuring I received proper medical attention asap. He made a few calls to his personal network and sure enough within minutes he had secured us a slot at a local hospital, arranging everything for us to ensure we were attended to immediately by the hospital staff and effectively treated. He went out of his way to help arrange the transport and did it all in the most warm, friendly demeanour. Just interacting with him had put me at ease and the extent he went to help was incredible. I had never experienced such personalised care from one of the hotel staff in my life and have stayed at multiple properties both locally and globally- Thank you Yuki, you were truly amazing and I hope to see you in Singapore! Location wise the hotel is situated pretty centrally - you've got access to multiple convenient stores, train station, bus stops and the area is relatively quiet and peaceful. Rooms were spacious enough and clean too.

The hotel is very strategically located and very close to shops and restaurants. It is also a 5 minute walk away from the nearest station which is Sanjo Station. Marked it down in terms of service as they didn’t want to print out park tickets for me since I left my printed copies behind. Otherwise, all good with the hotel and satisfied with the stay.

這間飯店位於京都禦所旁，交通非常方便，附近就有超商及牛丼，想要ㄔ個東西，不用跑很遠，另若要去京都站可在其附近搭烏丸線去，很方便，整體言是一家不錯飯店，住進以後，想再加訂次ㄧ晚房間，可惜已沒了。

The attention to detail was impeccable, with traditional Japanese elements seamlessly integrated into the contemporary design. The serene garden views from the common areas only added to the overall charm and provided a peaceful oasis amidst the bustling city. The staff members at the hotel were the epitome of hospitality. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service throughout my stay, they went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Their genuine smiles and willingness to assist with any request created a welcoming and friendly atmosphere that made me feel right at home. Their knowledge of the local area and recommendations for sightseeing and dining were invaluable, enabling me to make the most of my time in Kyoto. The room I stayed in was a haven of luxury and elegance. Immaculately clean and tastefully decorated, it exuded a sense of serenity that allowed me to unwind after a day of exploration. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect, from the comfortable bedding to the carefully curated amenities.

Easily the best hotel that we've stayed in Japan so far. Location is great as what everyone says. Right smack in a shopping district with full of eateries. Too bad I only booked 2 nights in Kyoto. Should have stayed longer. Staff are accommodating and friendly. Guided me through their self check in system which is user friendly as well. Will definitely come back to this hotel again.

Likes: - Its in a great location. Next to the river where its a real delight to hangout down on the banks in the evening. Pontocho street is very charming to walk down. - The showerhead is excellent. - The rooms are bigger than in other hotels in Japan. - a delicious Japanese style breakfast. Dislikes: - None

Location is very good just in front of Nijio station which is just 2 stops from Kyoto station . Staff are helpful n excellent services . Room are bright with Big window facing station . In the lobby they provide all day coffee n tea free of charge . There is also A public bath provided , nice hotel Will come again
