Great facility and service but I would choose to stay in Shijo next time for better location.

Very good, good location, polite staff and breakfast. Hotels have been ridiculously expensive these past two days, but this hotel is a good price. You can also see Kyoto Tower

Everything was perfect! I couldn't fault anything, it was fantastic! The staff were very friendly and the room was kept clean and above average!

I intentionally booked a smoking room, but the smell in Umeda was so strong, right? But here, I was surprised there was practically no smell. The staff were especially friendly, which was the best. If I go back, I'll definitely stay here. There's also a station nearby, so it's a great location for those heading to Umeda or Namba from Kyoto.

Toyoko is a chain hotel. The facilities are similar in size. I have stayed here many times before and I like it. I am satisfied.

It was close to the station, so I could walk there even if I arrived late, which was very helpful. The breakfast was also delicious. Thank you 😊

Considering the size of the hotel, there was only one elevator, which was frustrating. The breakfast wasn't bad, but it wasn't satisfying. Also, the dining area was small and crowded. The sound of the doors of neighboring rooms opening and closing and locking was annoying. It was a shame because the customer service and cleaning were good.

Very clean and hygienic

The hotel staff is very friendly, there is a self-service laundry service, the breakfast dishes are very rich and very authentic and delicious, the hotel is very convenient to get to by car, it is definitely worth visiting again!
