The Royal Twin Hotel Kyoto was in a great location. Right near Kyoto Eki, and a lot of nearby shopping and restaurants.

Royal Twin Hotel Kyoto was perfect for me as a female solo traveler. It’s just a three minute walk to Kyoto Station, with 7 Eleven and Aeon Mall right nearby (less than 1km), which made everything feel convenient and safe. I felt comfortable the entire stay and would gladly choose it again.

The room is of average size, but compared to other hotels in Kyoto, it may feel a bit smaller. The toilet is separated from the bathroom, but iit is tiny and not very comfortable. It seems like a small business running hotel . As you do no't get service such as staff helping you bring your luggage to your room. One thing they offer is they provide free drinks for hotel guests, including green tea, calpis and coffee. I won't recommend this hotel to my friends because for similar price, I could get a more spacious room in Kyoto.

The room was comfortable and had a small balcony. Check-in was pretty quick. The location is great and very quiet. There's a 7-Eleven downstairs, which is handy for grabbing some snacks, and a mall isn't far either.

So good expirece. This hotel service and facilities are great. Thay have house keeping everyday and not to much crowd while having brealfase!

Very nice hotel ! Great location …. 5min from central station ! Amenities are great … everything you need … they offer coffee , tea …. Staff very friendly …. Rooms are small but it is Japan style !!! Great hotel 🏨 for a short visit in Kyoto . Very quiet .

The hotel is located near the Kyoto station. Service was excellent. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. It was perfect for a solo traveller like me. They also have an onsen and sauna room.

There are 2 towers and a public bath. Just about 5 mins walk to kyoto station.

Amazing Hotel right behind Kyoto Station! The hotel has a good enough onsen, one Open air bath, one large indoor hot bath and a small Cold bath along with a sauna! Hotel provides free coffee in the morning, and from noon to night, green tea and some other beverages. Everything is clean and rooms are definitely more spacious than most Japanese hotels! Amazingly, they even provided Charging cables just in case you forgot yours!

Hotel Location is great, so convenient and very close to Kyoto station. Staff are friendly and easy to communicate. Onsen SPA is free and is superb.

I really enjoyed my stay. The location is excellent, very close to the station, and there's a 7-Eleven right next door. Our tatami room was spotless, and the breakfast was superb and beautifully presented.

The hotel's location is excellent. There's a shopping mall within a 10-minute walk, and the high-speed train station is also close by. On the first floor, guests can enjoy a public bath and sauna facilities. Washing machines are available on both the first and sixth floors. The food at the downstairs restaurant is only average, and I haven't had a chance to try breakfast yet due to the frequent long queues. However, despite these minor drawbacks, the value for money here is excellent.

Location: Superb location, directly opposite the subway station and within easy walking distance. Hotel Amenities: The hotel amenities are excellent, including a complimentary public bath, a drink dispenser, and even matcha tea. Room: The room, though compact, was well-equipped with all the essentials. Service: Service was top-notch! There was a Chinese-speaking staff member at the front desk who patiently and enthusiastically answered all my questions. Highly recommend her!
