Enjoyed the free flow sake that is available at night till 9pm, able to enjoy back in the room No breakfast provided but it’s 6 mins walk (straight road) to Nishiki market Rooms are well lit, clean and spacious Thankful for the washer/dryer in room

Booked the Round bathtub room. Room was well designed & had a great time soaking in the Hiba wood bathtub. Enjoyed the pretty water light reflection on the ceiling while soaking the stress away. Really loved the woody scent of their shampoo/body wash that I bought a bottle home with me! Really enjoyed the traditional atmosphere & machiya front desk of the hotel as well. The 5-7mins walk (almost 2-3 street intersections) to the nearest metro station (Karasuma Oike) was worth it to make it to this beautiful hotel. Will be coming back to stay again!

Super nice with great onsen and sake for free! And the decor is amazingly awesome! Must visit in Kyoto!

New hotel and spacious. The location is very convenient to Nishiki Market, Teramachi Shopping Street and Kawaramachi Shijo, all within walking distance.

Excellent place to stay in Kyoto. Convenient to train stations, restaurants and shopping. Will definitely consider staying here again next time.

地理位置特別好，周圍好逛好吃，也很安全，去所有景點坐地鐵、公交、taxi都方便。店員都很有禮貌，看見人都會打招呼，入住也很順利。房間很舒適，比較大，走了一天泡澡很放鬆。樓下清酒好喝，點心好吃。下次來京都玩還會來這裏。

有洗烘一體機，微波爐，電磁爐，大水槽，餐具齊全，非常方便的酒店，沒有定含早的，過去看了吃早餐的地方比較簡單，喜歡豪華早餐的，這邊滿足不了，但是有了以上小家電，晚上去超市買點三明治飯糰，早上自己熱一下，很方便的，本人喜歡早上多睡一會兒，對早餐沒有太多要求，非常滿意～服務不錯，木質浴缸很乾凈，小朋友有單獨的一張床，Good～

國內三星級標準。枕頭裡塞了塑料，被子很硬，木澡盆發黴變黑，不太敢泡。服務員冷臉，有個西瓜頭女前台，走廊裏碰見，冷眼無視，居然不對客户打招呼，甚至搶在客户前面沖進電梯，太沒禮貌，太失格了。我在日本住了很多酒店，第一次碰到這種。酒店不提供早餐，但提供免費清酒，來的都是酒鬼麼？如果你不喝酒，重視服務體驗，遠離這家酒店，強烈不推薦。
