Love the location, it is just across the road from Nijo station and within walking distance to Nijo castle. The bed is large at 2.2m wide. The free drinks in the lounge is nice.

The location was very good and it was near the Nijo station. Don’t need to walk far.

Location is great. Just a min walk from Nijo station. There are quite a few eateries ard the area. Room is clean and spacious. Breakfast has limited variety but is good quality. Gym is small (there are weights, treadmill and bike). Love the public bath too.

Super nice stay. Although it located a bit out from the hot spot. JR and subway at the door front. Canvas lounge and the public bath are awesome. 2 supermarkets and Bivi mall nearby. And the most amazing there is an amusement center ( The 3rd planet ). Nice for families with kids.

Nice location next to Nijo Stn., Kyoto (JR, Subway & bus Stn.) New hotel, there is a nice Italian restarant next to the hote.

First time in Kyoto but definitely not the last. The stay was amazing, literally across the street from Nijo Station. The bed was super comfy and the shower was outstanding! The check in is a hard 15:00, but staff will look after luggage both before and after your stay. Definitely will look to stay here again in the near future!

Booked 3 rooms for 4 days in late Dec 2023. Loved how the rooms were big and cosy and the bed comfy. Coffee machines were available for hotel guests to use free of charge any time of the day. There is also a free indoor onsen for guests to use. Would be nicer if there were more hangers in the room though and more food options around the hotel. Overall was a really pleasant stay.

The hotel is just 2 min walk from nijo station but it’s bit far away from the most prosperous area Kyoto Station. The hotel area is quite quiet with not many restaurant choices and without any department stores. The best thing is that there is a Muji and two large supermarkets within 10 minutes walk. The hotel has a hot bath but there is no amenities like makeup remover, facial wash, lotion, hair brush provided. Their breakfast is quite simple. As I have been staying in Kyoto Station area before which is a lot more convenient. I will not consider this hotel in the future.

Service is pleasing. Breakfast variety is basic, however, the food in the buffet is cold. Need to improve on the breakfast. Overall, not a bad place to stay. Good size room.

Spacious hotel rooms considering the usual room size in Japan! I personally love the separated dry & wet bathroom. There’s free flow of hot & cold drinks and bathroom amenities located on the lobby which you can collect everyday! Nijo station is just across the road, you can even see it from the hotel! Friendly & helpful receptionist whenever I need helps! Tips: you can ask the receptionist for luggage transfer service (they will give you a card, you just need to scan the barcode & follow the instructions for reservation), I used it for my luggage transfer to Osaka (currently there’s a promotion where you can use the promo code for free luggage service transfer, for up to first 100 redemption per day). Overall I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Kyoto!
