very clean, friendly staffs and great breakfast. very closed to Aeon mall Kyoto and metro&bus station.

Stayed 1 night as a solo traveler. Great location near Kyoto Station—very convenient for sightseeing. Room was small but spotless and had everything I needed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Perfect for a short, comfortable stay in Kyoto.

The hotel is near to the main station and main transport, it is clean and convenient.

It is near Kyoto station, but not very near like next to the station. Although it say 10 mins, that's should be speed walking. Furniture and room a little dated. But still comfortable. Amenities are provided. Plus point is the public bath which I enjoy. Photo is the view from level 7 room 3. Oh I was given a corner room when I specifically requested no corner room when booking.. but the receptionist was very kind to accommodate my request n change room for me

About a 10min walk from Kyoto Station. Room for one in the main building was the standard business hotel (Bed, table/desk, bathroom). Also has a side building/annex but not sure of the rooms there. Has a restaurant and a large bathing place as well. Notable service that I used was the Luggage Delivery service via Kuroneko Yamato that they offered. I was able to get rid of my large suitcase that I dragged around for 2 weeks and sent it to Haneda Airport allowing me to travel light for my last week which I was super grateful for. Suitcase was safely delivered and was waiting for me at the airport too.

It's almost in between Toji Temple and Kyoto Station. Opposite is a nice shopping mall, Aeon. The hotel itself is clean, service is good. The breakfast is not great. Very convenient to take the local bus and visit tourist attractions. Overall good.

its a little walking distance from the Kyoto station but closer to the other metro station. the facility has common bath and a massage place. Its relatively clean and the stay was good.

We mainly booked it because we needed 2 beds. However, we were pleasantly surprised that it was better than expected. We enjoyed the free breakfasts and dinners that were Japanese style

Great location fun around town and close to Shinkansen

Hotel is close to Kyoto Station, so it is convenient to ride Shinkansen. Nice range of food options at breakfast, clean rooms and staff is nice

It was nice stays in Kyoto. Near Aeon shopping mall.

The room was a bit small, but otherwise, everything was okay. It's conveniently located not far from Kyoto Station, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby.

Had a great stay at the Kyoto Plaza Hotel. The surrounding neighborhood was calm and peaceful. It's a bit of a trek to all the main sights in Kyoto (about 20-30 mins by bus) but I really loved being able to walk to To-ji Temple and the Kyoto Aquarium. The breakfast served daily was great and for a very affordable price. Would definitely recommend.

The hotel's housekeeping staff was very friendly and always greeted us daily.
