Good location is near to train station, bus stop and even those restaurants or shopping mall. Highly recommend.

Everything was fantastic during our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the onsen was impeccably maintained. A big thank you to the staff for their kindness and attentiveness—they truly made our experience special. The food was delicious, though we couldn’t always finish it all. This is a wonderful hotel in Kyoto, and we highly recommend it!

Everything was good except that I had to leave the room key at the front desk every time I went out.

My stay was quite pleasant. The room has everything i needed and even more. The location is great. They store my suitcase for a couple of hours before my check-in, and then brought it to my room.

Great location- just next to Nishiki Market and lots of shops. About 10mins walk from the nearest Shijo stop. Meals were delicious! We got breakfast and dinner. Meals served in a separate room. The hot spring was very nice too.

Location was great, just 1min walk to nishiki market. Staff were super friendly and there was a green tea scent all around the hotel. 10/10 would recommend.

The sevice was warm. The rooms and facilities were clean. The location was close to the Market, with lots of stuff to do, and close to bus stops to reach the rest of the city. The facilities included a sento, or shared bath, with green tea escence, which was a really pleasant experience. We also had dinner and breakfast service. The food was tasty and the service was personalized. The dinner and breakfast were served at a separate room instead of our own, but it was only for us two. This hotel gave us the full Ryokan experience we were looking forward to, and we're happy with the results. The only caveat to improve is the amount of electricity outlets available in the room which is not enough for the existing appliances, nor for charging our phones. We had to connect and disconnect appliances to do so. However, this is a really minor detail compared to the amazing experience that we had.

We stayed in a Japanese-style room with futons and immersed ourselves in the Kyoto atmosphere. The location was convenient, right next to the market. The room was clean and, by Japanese standards, very spacious.

It was quiet and clean. The staff was friendly, so I was able to rest comfortably. There was a large bath, so it was good for relieving the fatigue accumulated during the daytime travel. Be sure to request breakfast. It is right next to Nishiki Market, so it is good for sightseeing.

The room was a real surprise! I expected that Japanese hotel rooms would be small, but it was more spacious than expected. Traditional Japanese style, no room card but key, the yukata was very delicate and nice Location: This location is very cost-effective, just near Karasuma Shijo, subway and bus are very convenient, less than 100 meters away is Nishiki Market Service: The hotel staff's service is very good! I checked in 4 hours in advance and left my luggage in the lobby. When I returned to the hotel, my luggage was already in the room. Although the staff's English is average, the service is very enthusiastic and they also carry translators with them.

The most satisfying hotel I've stayed in Japan. The location is super central. Downstairs is the largest business district, and there is also a snack street. It's very close to various scenic spots on foot!
