RUIDOSO Tened seguro que cuando tengáis un problema NUNCA os darán una alternativa . En recepción la única profesional fue la joven del primer día , después nada ,RUIDO DE MOTOR DEL AIRE AUNQUE ESTE APAGADO , el recepcionista de acento Italiano se negó hasta a cambio de habitación en 5 días de estancia , Jamas me había pasado , mucha disculpa y ninguna solución . Personal de limpieza muy bien . Comodidad correcto.desayuno muy justito , mejor no cogerlo e ir a cafeterías de alrededor . LO PEOR NO ES QUE SURGA UN PROBLEMA SINO QUE NONSE INTERESEN POR SOLUCIONARLO DE NINGUNA FORMA .EVITAR IR A ESTE HOTEL . At the reception the only professional was the young woman from the first day, after nothing, NOISE FROM THE AIR MOTOR EVEN THOUGH IT IS OFF, the receptionist with an Italian accent refused even to change the room in a 5-day stay, it had never happened to me, a lot of apology and no solution. Cleaning staff very good. Correct comfort. Very fair breakfast, better not to take it and go to nearby cafeterias. THE WORST THING IS NOT THAT A PROBLEM ARISES BUT THEY ARE NOT INTERESTED IN SOLVING IT IN ANY WAY. AVOID GOING TO THIS HOTEL

On a tourist trip to Barcelona, we chose this hotel as a good budget option. Pros – cost, quiet at night (as in business district), friendly reception staff (thanks Marta). Cons – some way out of Barcelona centre on way to airport but the hotel is 300m from a Metro station and with the excellent T-Casual 10 trip tickets, you can get to your chosen location in under 30 minutes for a low cost

Sehr sauberes Apartment. Die Türen und Fenster waren nicht ganz sauber daher ein Punktabzug aber ansonsten das Personal super freundlich und sehr nett empfangen wurden wir. In der Küche ist alles was man braucht, sehr ruhige Lage aber mit dem Bus erreicht man jeden Ort in Kürzer Zeit.

Ho pernottato già diverse volte in questa struttura e purtroppo nell'ultima occasione sono rimasto completamente deluso. Piuttosto spiacevole l'esperienza alla reception, di solito sempre impeccabile, subito dopo aver fornito il mio documento di identità chiedo di poter pagare con carta, l'addetto prende la mia carta e nonostante riporti il mio nome e cognome mi chiede di fornirgli quella con cui avevo effettuato la prenotazione on line dicendomi che doveva verificare la mia identità, ora mi chiedo, hai in mano il mio documento, hai la mia carta con cui voglio saldare anticipatamente la stanza, sono cliente abituale con decine di pernottamenti per quale motivo devo mostrare la carta con cui ho prenotato? E se l'avessi lasciata in Italia? Veramente spiacevole essere trattato cosi come fossi persona non affidabile. Veniamo alla stanza, entro e la temperatura è insopportabile, caldo eccessivo ed un fastidioso cattivo odore, aziono l'impianto di condizionamento sopportando l'assurdo rumore che faceva. Dopo un po' decido di spegnerlo e di recarmi all'appuntamento di lavoro. Rientrando la sera di nuovo medesimo problema di rumore, essendo molto stanco dal viaggio decido semplicemente di spegnere il condizionamento senza allertare la reception perchè avrei sicuramente dovuto attendere il manutentore. Non è finita, la stanza era ricoperta di uno strato di polvere non degno di una struttura a 4 stelle, ma neanche di una pensione, gli arredi rovinati, macchiati, sbeccati con il rischio di ritrovarsi qualche scheggia di legno. Al check out faccio presente queste cose ma vengo liquidato con rapidità e sufficienza dalla receptionist. Veramente deludente, credo che dopo tanto tempo non scegliero più questa struttura.

The hotel is great, rather new and very well decorated. It is very clean. The staff is very helpful. Thd hotel is situated in a very quiet area, just outside the city of Barcelona, less than 200mtrs from a metro station. From here to La Sagrada Familia only takes about 30 mins by metro. Connectivity with the city after midnight on weekdays is a problem as once metro stations close, taxis are very expensive! The breakfast, which the hotel offers for free on all bookings, is sort of OK... Not great. There was only instant coffee which didn't taste great. This is unacceptable! The selection of breakfast items was OK, although there is room for improvement. The room was great. Not big, but of a good size. The bathroom is big and very clean. There is an electricity socket at each side of the bed, and another 4 or 5 sockets around the room. Some of these have 2 USB charging sockets around the actual socket. Overall it was a pleasure to stay at this hotel! I would book it again.

Radha Hotel is a peaceful place to relax next to a small park. Renzo, our host helped us with our luggage and was very insightful with suggestions where to go nearby for dinner. The rooms were super clean with a beautiful shower and comfortable bed. The entrance door to the hotel had a key which was given only to guests of the hotel along with our room key. We felt very safe in this neighborhood with many families out enjoying the nice weather.

Elegí el Fira Basic por su precio y ubicación cerca del Fira Barcelona. Buscaba un alojamiento económico. Nos ha gustado mucho y era mejor de lo que esperaba. La habitación (la 3) tenía todo lo que necesitas, A/C, tele, wifi, baño privado, ducha con agua bien caliente y buena presión, cajonera y guardaropa - y tranquilidad gracias a la cancelación de ruido. Fui en diciembre y hacía calorcito en la habitación, se estaba perfecto. Teníamos una puerta que daba a un pequeño espacio interior a modo de ventana. La zona de cocina común es fantástica, hay nevera grandecita, microondas, cafetera, hervidor de agua. Hay té y café libre así como fruta, magdalenas y cruasants libre, y agua que reponen cada día. Cada día te limpian la habitación, cambian las toallas etc. y la chica es encantadora. Federico fue muy amable también, nos dejó entrar un poco antes a la habitación y salir más tarde sin cobrarnos extra, muy agradecida. Yo acompañé a mi hija a un evento y pasé mucho tiempo en el Fira Basic, descansando en las zonas comunes, tomando té. Está a 5 minutos a pie del metro (eso sí cuesta arriba jeje) y hay supermercados, farmacia y varios restaurantes de comida rápida cerca. El bar justo al lado es ideal para desayunos y bocatas y el personal encantador.
