Booked four rooms last minute with the intent to be close to the airport and local attractions. Although the hotel is not in walking distance to local venues, cabs were readily available. All desired destinations were short drives from the hotel. The club level was a perfect area for our group to meet, enjoy snacks, and just relax. The staff was very friendly and added to the overall enjoyment of the stay.

Ho pernottato già diverse volte in questa struttura e purtroppo nell'ultima occasione sono rimasto completamente deluso. Piuttosto spiacevole l'esperienza alla reception, di solito sempre impeccabile, subito dopo aver fornito il mio documento di identità chiedo di poter pagare con carta, l'addetto prende la mia carta e nonostante riporti il mio nome e cognome mi chiede di fornirgli quella con cui avevo effettuato la prenotazione on line dicendomi che doveva verificare la mia identità, ora mi chiedo, hai in mano il mio documento, hai la mia carta con cui voglio saldare anticipatamente la stanza, sono cliente abituale con decine di pernottamenti per quale motivo devo mostrare la carta con cui ho prenotato? E se l'avessi lasciata in Italia? Veramente spiacevole essere trattato cosi come fossi persona non affidabile. Veniamo alla stanza, entro e la temperatura è insopportabile, caldo eccessivo ed un fastidioso cattivo odore, aziono l'impianto di condizionamento sopportando l'assurdo rumore che faceva. Dopo un po' decido di spegnerlo e di recarmi all'appuntamento di lavoro. Rientrando la sera di nuovo medesimo problema di rumore, essendo molto stanco dal viaggio decido semplicemente di spegnere il condizionamento senza allertare la reception perchè avrei sicuramente dovuto attendere il manutentore. Non è finita, la stanza era ricoperta di uno strato di polvere non degno di una struttura a 4 stelle, ma neanche di una pensione, gli arredi rovinati, macchiati, sbeccati con il rischio di ritrovarsi qualche scheggia di legno. Al check out faccio presente queste cose ma vengo liquidato con rapidità e sufficienza dalla receptionist. Veramente deludente, credo che dopo tanto tempo non scegliero più questa struttura.

The location is brilliant and is only a short ride from the airport and very close to the Metro station Fira. There is easy access both to the metro and the bus. There is a shopping mall with number of eateries and the cinema within walking distance. The room is average. The main thing if you are staying with family ...there is no door for the bathroom and you have to isolate the entrance from the room to get privacy there. The toilet area though luckily has a door. It is difficult when you have booked as a family with grown up kids. The connections and the TV are ancient and there are no USB connections. The channels available are all in Catalan/Spanish...the TV doesnt even have a HDMI or ability to connect to your phone...so pretty much useless unless you speak Spanish....not something you are expecting of a Hotel that caters to tourists and to conferences! The reception was very helpful and the lifts etc work. The restaurant staff are also very nice and helpful. The breakfast is buffet and was wonderful.

한달 여정으로 영국,프랑스,마지막에 스페인이라 마지막은 좀 좋은 호텔에서 투숙했으면 해서 선택했어요.
넓고 깨끗하고 서비스 좋고 시설좋고 직원분 친절하고 조식도 좋았어요.
월컴드링크가 오후에 있는데 오전부테 하루종일 있었으면 했어요. 유럽여행에서 물 주는 서비스는 중요한것 같아요.
헬스장과 사우나가 있는데 사용은 못했어요.
사우나는 작고 남여 혼용이라 2~3명 들어가면 앉을 자리가 없어요. 한번은 가고 싶었는데 사람없는 시간을 고르는게 힘들어서요.
위치는 시내를 좀 떨어져 있지만 버스가 많고 주변에 쇼핑센터와 까르프,이케야, 맥도널드,버거킹,음식점들이 많아요.
아침일찍 오픈하는 카페들도 있고 세트메뉴로 정말 저렴하게 빵과 커피로 아침먹기에도 좋아요
여기는 성급 호텔들이 많은 위치여서 그런지 주변이 조용하고 깨끗해요.
가격은 만만치 않은데 바로셀로나 호텔치고는 좋은것 같아요.
다음에 여행와도 투숙하고 싶네요.
유럽은 삼성TV이를 많이 쓰는것 같아요.
계속 여행하면서 에어컨 TV이는 삼성꺼 많이 쓰더군요.
왠지 기분이 좋았어요.

I loved this hotel so much. The rooms were so peaceful and pretty. I really loved that they were very different than any other hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. The beautiful cut out lamps which created a beautiful light throughout the room and the gobo type lights in the bathroom and hallway that did the same. The flower shaped windows were very original. I stayed for 6 days and it was a very comfortable space. Nice shower and bath products. Beds were a little hard but linens and sheets were nice. Front desk staff was very friendly. I’d suggest better takeaway items at the lobby coffee bar for breakfast and suggest it opens earlier. I would have also loved if the restaurant opened slightly earlier for dinner. If in the area again of the convention center, will definitely stay again. Gracias!!

The hotel is great, rather new and very well decorated. It is very clean. The staff is very helpful. Thd hotel is situated in a very quiet area, just outside the city of Barcelona, less than 200mtrs from a metro station. From here to La Sagrada Familia only takes about 30 mins by metro. Connectivity with the city after midnight on weekdays is a problem as once metro stations close, taxis are very expensive!
The breakfast, which the hotel offers for free on all bookings, is sort of OK... Not great. There was only instant coffee which didn't taste great. This is unacceptable! The selection of breakfast items was OK, although there is room for improvement.
The room was great. Not big, but of a good size. The bathroom is big and very clean. There is an electricity socket at each side of the bed, and another 4 or 5 sockets around the room. Some of these have 2 USB charging sockets around the actual socket.
Overall it was a pleasure to stay at this hotel! I would book it again.

Cons – some way out of Barcelona centre on way to airport but the hotel is 300m from a Metro station and with the excellent T-Casual 10 trip tickets, you can get to your chosen location in under 30 minutes for a low cost

Our 1 night stay at the hotel was very comfortable. Hotel was very nice to give us our room at 12 noon instead of normal check in at 3pm. The hotel is located next to a big shopping mall with lots of eateries and a Carrefour Supermarket. Very convenient to get from airport to Hotel by taxi (€25) and from Hotel to Cruise Centre (€26).

Returned yesterday from a 4 night stay at this hotel. We stayed in a 'comfort double room' (as described on **********) and it was compact yet spacious enough for the two of us. The room was clean and well equipped; TV, large and very comfy bed, minifridge, safe, shampoo and shower gel, towels and a hairdryer (full sized not a little travel one.) There was also a small, modern style Juliette balcony. Having the air con on and complimentary water in our room on arrival was a welcomed touch. The staff were friendly and attentive. Can't say anything about the rooftop bar as it wasn't open during our stay, but the area itself was. The pool is shallow and narrow but you can swim in it, just one at a time if you want to do lengths! We didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that, but across the road is a cafe doing coffee and a croissant for €1.85. Some reviews have penalised the hotel for its location but that's hardly the fault of the hotel. It's full address and location are available when booking so we strongly recommend always looking up a hotel's location and links to the transport network (if required) BEFORE booking. It wasn't our first time to Barcelona and we know how great the metro system is so we walked about 7 mins to Torassa station each day. We got the metro from the airport to Torassa (line L9S ) which took around 25 mins, was direct, and around €5.50 each. You can also get a T casual ticket (formerly the T10) which allows you 10 journeys (train/metro/bus) for approx. €13. Totally understand why someone would want to stay more central, especially if on a short break or first time in the city, but just letting you know available options. Overall, a great hotel

The best part is the location. Close to metro and local eating joints. The worst part is the curtness of the staff at breakfast. Not even a customary greeting is done by staff who is non English speaking . Except for one guy Rafael at front desk who is very hospitable. Don’t take their breakfast , esp vegetarians have little to eat. Quality of food is mediocre as a simple full boiled egg that we requested was not done. There was no apology or anything for such a poor show at breakfast. The facilities are fairly good , but carry your own water. They don’t give even water bottles in room or at front desk. As an Asian the attitude of most staff was unwelcoming .

A lovely hotel located in a quite lovely neighbourhood. We stayed for 4 nights with our two children. The room was large and very clean. There was a double bed and a very comfortable sofa bed. There was coffee espresso and kettle in the room, coffee, tea, milk and water every day at no extra charge, which is not the case in many hotels. The room also had a desk for ironing and iron. The room was cleaned and tidied daily. There were always clean towels, the only thing missing were the slippers. The hotel was very quiet and noises from other rooms could not be heard. Excellent route for buses and metro into the city.

The room was really clean and the hotel is next to a big shopping mall where you can get food. Also, the bus stop and metro station is 5 mins away by foot.

PPengguna TetamuRadha Hotel is a peaceful place to relax next to a small park. Renzo, our host helped us with our luggage and was very insightful with suggestions where to go nearby for dinner. The rooms were super clean with a beautiful shower and comfortable bed. The entrance door to the hotel had a key which was given only to guests of the hotel along with our room key. We felt very safe in this neighborhood with many families out enjoying the nice weather.

Nnedkelly18This apartment block is nicely located by the metro being 5 minute walk away. It’s in a bit of a run down neighbourhood with limited options for dining out. There is a mall 5 minutes away which did have the usual chain eating establishments. We didn’t check out the shops as they were closed when we went there. Check in was easy, staff were friendly enough and our room was on the 2nd floor, overlooking a park and a police station. The apartment was a good size and the kitchen well equipped. The only bathroom was a let down. The shower head poured water from all directions and the seal on the bottom of the shower door was not fit for purpose as water poured everywhere and into the hallway no matter how much we tried to contain it. After 5 people showering a day I spent a lot of time mopping the floor! This has clearly been an issue for some time as the laminate floor had lifted and the bathroom door swollen so it couldn’t be closed. The noise from outside and other residents in the block made it difficult to sleep. Dogs from the police station constantly barked, which set neighbouring dogs off! Not that this was an issue with the hotel. But this combined with people in neighbouring apartments chatting laughing and dragging chairs around made it very noisy. There appears to be no quiet hours here and the smell of other guests smoking **** on the balcony at night was a little too much Kids loved the pool and it is open until 9pm. There is a lovely courtyard in the middle of the block which is quiet and a small cafe which we didn’t use. Check out was easy and we were offered luggage storage even though we didn’t need it. All in all some good points and if you want a decent sized apartment not far from the metro and don’t mind the outside noise then this ticks the boxes. If you are given room 207, ask for another apartment unless you are handy with the mop and bucket!

PPengguna Tetamufab hotel for the price! great location a few mins walk from the train station. Me and my partner went into the centre every day and it took about 20 mins on a train. The room is lovely & modern! We got told 2pm was out check in time however they let us check in just before 12pm which was fab! walls are slightly thin however the hotel is a small hotel that only has around 46 rooms so it’s what you need to expect, this personally didn’t effected our experience.

Personal de limpieza muy bien . Comodidad correcto.desayuno muy justito , mejor no cogerlo e ir a cafeterías de alrededor . LO PEOR NO ES QUE SURGA UN PROBLEMA SINO QUE NONSE INTERESEN POR SOLUCIONARLO DE NINGUNA FORMA .EVITAR IR A ESTE HOTEL . TRADUCCIÓN: NOISY Be sure that when you have a problem they will NEVER give you an alternative. At the reception the only professional was the young woman from the first day, after nothing, NOISE FROM THE AIR MOTOR EVEN THOUGH IT IS OFF, the receptionist with an Italian accent refused even to change the room in a 5-day stay, it had never happened to me, a lot of apology and no solution. Cleaning staff very good. Correct comfort. Very fair breakfast, better not to take it and go to nearby cafeterias. THE WORST THING IS NOT THAT A PROBLEM ARISES BUT THEY ARE NOT INTERESTED IN SOLVING IT IN ANY WAY. AVOID GOING TO THIS HOTEL

BBrian28Todo estuvo muy limpio, las personas que atendían fueron muy amables en todo momento, las habitaciones tenían aire aunque un poco escaso a mi gusto.
Te permiten usar la cocina, nevera etc…
Me parece un buen sitio para ir aunque si buscas un punto de partida fácil para conocer Barcelona te queda un poco alejado del resto.
Por todo lo demás está muy bien.
