We are driving , to us this hotel suites us , Very happy to stay there , room big and very comfortable.

Pleasant stay, very nice place with the swimming pool. The only problem is that we didn't get much sleep because we had people upstairs who were just slamming the doors.

hôtel envahi de fourmis. Impossible à dormir car plusieurs fourmis présent dans le lit. Le porte savon était cassé, le porte pomme de douche cassé. Pour un 4 étoiles ce n'est pas tolérable, surtout en terme de propreté. Certain transats pour la piscine étaient détissés. A 16h notre chambre n'était pas disponible, nous étions pas seul dans ce cas.

Modern hotel with all amenities. Garden and swimming pool is a bonus. It needs new sunbeds. Staff helpfull and friendly. Location was a bit further from the city of Nantes then I hoped.

We had a car. Not sure how convenient would be if only public transport to get into Nantes which is 9.2 k away. Lovely conference hotel. Staff fab and room lovely. Only ****** would be only access room from 4.00 pm but you can use the pool so only little ******. Breakfast would be nice if set up rather than large round table where you have to get your own cutlery and food on a tray but again just a small ******

This hotel is very comfortable. The rooms are a good size and the beds are comfortable. The location is such that a car is a necessity.

Check in experience was terrible as the reception staff made us feel unwelcome, as per policy they have to take deposit but online it does NOT mention credit card! We have a normal bank card, But staff assumed that we don’t want to pay the deposit and in front other guest they asked us to leave the hotel. It is very embarrassing. Finally they accepted our bank card but the receptionist was so confused who check-in us in and told us the card is not working, he didn’t even inserted the card in the correct machine! I am a hotel reception manager I understand the hotel policy but here at Westotel Staff need some serious customer service training. Over all the hotel is great, room was newly refurbished, free car park. Restaurant & Bar super expensive!

The swimming pool and the surrounding amenities is good and makes for good holidaying.

Modern well designed new bath. Clean crisp sheets. The hotel restaurant was a good value for the dinner They also have a gym

Excellent spacious room. Pool is of good size. The restaurant serves delicious dinner set at reasonable price. Will highly recommend this hotel.
