Lovely hotel all staff very welcoming and always at hand to help, Hotel was spotless and rooms very large . Clean towels and bedding on request and maids came every day . Good choice at breakfast and we ate twice in the resterauant at night food was good only complaint about the resterauant was food was quite cold but there a microwave to warm it up . Pool area was fab and always plenty of beds . I only marked it down because on our 1st night we had 10 cockroaches in the shower that's not counting the ones that went down the drain , we alerted reception to the problem and they got someone to come and put something down , we also bought our own spray after that we found dead ones everyday ,we also found them on the curtains several times ,ours was room 2 but other guests said they had no problem so this room could possibly run over a main drain if so the room needs fumigating and soon .

Just returned from a very nice few days at this complex. Arrived at 1330 hours on a week day to find entrance door secure. ( which is good as it prevents unwanted visitor). There is a phone number provided to contact reception, who pass the door code to you. ( a problem if you do not use a mobile, rare I know) Once in, was greeted by a nice young lady who gave me the lock box number for my room B2. I must say on first impression I was a little disappointed on the approach it was tuck down between two staircases to the up stairs apartments. The seating area probably only get a max of 2 hours sun, but is sheltered from the wind and gives a narrowed view of the pool. The inside of the apartment was very spacious, with a double and a single bedroom. All very clean and tidy. Large storage wardrobe in the double, much bigger than I have a home. Kitchen area is equipped with a ceramic hob, over, microwave and washing machine. Enough utensils to use, although could do with some mugs, wine and large tumblers. No salt and pepper though. Bathroom is okay, Just a shower cubicle, but plenty of hot water. Towels were lovely and soft. The lounge/ diner had a four seater table and a sofa, big enough for 2 adults. There was a smart TV, showing Spanish only programmes, but with a faculty to change the language to the country of origin. Also was able to cast download programmes from my phone and watch the cricket from Youtube. The complex had a small pool and kiddie paddling area and plenty of sunbeds. Next to the complex is a decent supermarket. The complex in on the edge of town, but only a 10 minutes walk, also the same for the beach. I'm not into lively bars and shopping areas, so the resort suited me. Would I go back to the accommodation, yes, I would, but would try to secure an upper floor location.

After reading reviews after booking, I was quite worried about our choice of holiday. We kept an open mind and can honestly say that this holiday was one of our favourites. We hired a car as we like to go on adventures, but we spent a lot more time lying on the pool sunbeds than we expected to. We were self catering so did a shop at Lidl in Correlejo and went out for our evening meals. Our 8 year old loved the waterpark at the hotel and we spent a few hours each day there. The villa had everything we needed and the bed was comfy, we had a 2 bedroom and the addition of the washing machine was really useful. One thing I would say is that even if you are All Inclusive, you would probably still need a car, as it is extremely remote and whilst it is a lovely place to stay, most of the beaches are too far to walk to and there isn't an awful lot to do in the area.

Well was apprehensive before going as we normally go small in Greece. From arriving, seeing the room and pool view I was smitten. It’s a large hotel but due to accommodation being in blocks and only two storeys high it didn’t feel huge. Rooms very big and bathroom too. Services daily to a high standard. All staff deserve a mention for their hard work. The hotel is very clean everywhere so big pay on the back for them. Restaurant staff all very diligent in their roles. Food at breakfast, lunch and dinner there was more than enough to please everyone. So chefs well done everyone. Entertainment in evening ok don’t like quiz format but personal choice. The duo with sax and singer fabulous the girl singer on her own well backing music not great and voice worse. Not warm enough to sit out at night so maybe another bar to escape to if entertainment not what we liked. Overall would I return? Yes without a doubt . Thanks to everyone

We stayed here 3 years ago and, returning, were pleased to see that standards are still very high and the place is very well run. We had a beautiful room overlooking the pool. The shower was great and everything immaculate. The cleaning team keep this place spotless, inside and out. Meal choices are plentiful even for vegetarians and there is a great variety. Some dishes could be served hotter especially at breakfast but all very tasty. There were plenty of sunbeds (despite the usual sunbed grabbers!) and plenty more on the rooftop level. The infinity pool was cold at first but after a couple of minutes of swimming is actually quite pleasant. Amazing views from there too. The staff all give 100% and are friendly. Entertainment was good and varied and we enjoyed what we saw. The location is good. It’s only a short walk into the town or to the beach and it’s opposite a small park. Parking is easy if you have a hire car and the buses are nearby too. We went all inclusive but there are a great choice and range of eateries nearby. We recommend trips to Los Lobos and Lanzarote if you have chance and of course a visit to the nearby dunes. We would love to return here soon. Thank you!

Just returned from Arena Beach and had the best week. On arrival reception were very polite and gave us a small map to point out our rooms. Our room was first floor overlooking the smaller of the two adult pools. There was also a splash pool and baby pool. The smaller pool was a lot warmer than the large pool. Pool bar is close to large pool, snacks and drinks were good, apart from pre mixed cocktails, which was the biggest let down, but it didn't spoil our stay. The restaurant always had a good selection of meals to suit everyone. Food was good. Our room was good, furniture a little dated but the bed was soooo comfortable. Fair size bathroom with hairdryer and hot water always available. Kitchen with kettle, oven, fridge freezer and microwave. The room was cleaned every day apart from Thursday and towels were changed. Entertainment was good most nights. A massive shout out to Mauri, he was brilliant at his job, getting people involved and had so much energy. A lovely young man. We would definitely return to this hotel.

Nice hotel near the old town, very short walk to nearest supermarkets and only 10 minutes into the music square and the sea front,also next to the bus stop which was useful. The apartment was well equipped with a good shower and very comfortable bed, everywhere was spotlessly clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Pool area was very small but there were sun beds available if we needed one. Breakfast was served on the sun terrace on the roof of block 2, good selection of cold meats,cheese, scrambled eggs and pastries, vegan milk was available but not vegan spread!, other than that breakfast was very good. Music from the roof terrace was not a problem,it wasn't very loud and was finished well before midnight. Overall it was a very good stay, would happily go again 😁

We stayed with a friend in a private room in a rooftop room. It was very nice, clean, and we had our own terrace! It was mostly quiet. If someone cannot stand noise than dont book this room as 2-3 times a day loud music was coming from the resort nearby (only short time, it was part of thr daily animation for the guests). We were surprised at the beginning but then it became part of our life :) The staff in the hostel is very friendly and easy going, the room was good sized, comfy beds, will be missed!

We stayed in the My Favourite Club which was nice and quiet for us. So easy to get a good spot by the pool any time of day. Limited choice at lunch time but breakfast was good. We didn't eat in the Favourite Club restaurant as they did not show their menu until after opening and I don't eat fish. The resort is clean and staff are attentive. The little shop on site is handy. Do not get caught out by the pesky photographer! Always outside the restaurant we got caught soooo expensive, hey we were on holiday! The room was clean , the shower I wanted to bring home and the bed was comfy. We received a surprise welcome pack in the fridge which was useful on our travels. Handy for town and beach if you enjoy a walk. Loved it

We chose this hotel for the stunning location, which was absolutely beautiful, and can’t be faulted, the beach experience was 10/10, where 2 beds and an umbrella for the day cost 9€. The weather was gorgeous and there’s generally a nice breeze on the beach, the sea is also just beautiful, a very clean area. We knew the hotel was dated, hence the cheap price but it really is in complete need of total repair. However the staff all work hard to keep it immaculately cleaned, maid service every day, clean towels, beds changed etc. Beds are firm but fairly comfy, we stayed in the annexe apartments, which are spacious, where the gardens/patios are kept clean, lovely trees and plants, the pools are also well maintained. The restaurant area in the main hotel is pleasant and spacious, food is average, quite repetitive at times, there seemed less on offer in the annexe restaurant. There was also a lack of English teabags in the annexe restaurant, so if you like a cuppa, I’d advise you take your own. It’s a very large, busy hotel and in the evenings it was hard to find seating at times. The entertainment was not for us unfortunately, felt a bit like watching kids in a school performance, there was a man and woman 1 night that sang and played guitar, but generally this was a let down, although there were lots of people that seemed to enjoy it, so it depends what you like. It’s a very popular hotel and if you want an amazing beach setting and don’t mind the worn out rooms, and large numbers of people, it’s worth a visit.
