Excellent! Der Service ist sensationell gut. Die Zimmer sauber , groß genug mit kleiner Küche und Kühlschrank. Der Pool ist sehr gepflegt und es gibt eine Poolbar. Am heißesten Tag Europas war dieses Hotel unsere Rettung. Wir hatten ein Problem mit dem Auto das Personal war super nett und hat uns geholfen unser Auto bis in die Tiefgarage zu bringen. Die Bar ist gut bestückt und zum Drink bekommt man auch professionelle Informationen.
Wir haben Den Wellnessbereich genutzt mit Sauna, Dampfsauna und Massage. Es gab insgesamt nur positive Erfahrungen. Das Personal ist jeder im Einzelnen mehrsprachig. Großartig! Wir kommen gern wieder .

Gorgeous boutique hotel right on Vieux port making it in the heart of the buzz around the port but noise wasn’t an issue at all. Everything was accessible and within a few minutes walk. Bus from the airport stopped right outside the hotel, train station is a 5 minute walk away. Room is v small and a bit cluttered but view from the room made up for it. Didn’t have a balcony (a few rooms have) but we loved looking out our window at the buzz around the port and watching the entertainment. It was spotlessly clean and was cleaned daily. Bathroom was bright and had great lighting, a rare in some hotels where you can barely see without turning all all lights. Minibar including water, coke and iced tea included which was a nice touch. Also got a plate of macarons and a little welcome card which again was lovely. Safe also included free of charge. Beds were very comfortable and plenty of sockets to charge phones etc. Staff were wonderful and so friendly. Didn’t have breakfast as there are so many places to chose from in the city. La Rochelle was amazing and I will hopefully come back and would have no hesitation in staying in La Tour de Nesle again.

My familycand I stayed here for a couple of nights. We are a fanily of 4 and stayed in 1 rrom The two main things going for this hotel are the secure car park and the location. The car park has decent sized spaces and is gated at night. Location: It's a 5 to 10 minute walk into the port. The beach is also walkable in 5 to 10 minutes. The staff were very friendly, too. The rooms are a bit dated. The aircon does work, but it isn’t powerful. You need to shut the curtains when it's sunny, so the aircon has a chance of keeping the room cool. The bar/restaurant is pleasant enough. The breakfast was okay but we though it was quite expensive for what it is. 18 euro per adult. One of the days we went to a local cafe and spent half as much. The toilet is on its own and has no basin or sanitiser. This means you touch 5 door handles before you can wash your hands. Yuk! Maybe we are fusy. The TV was good, decent storage and a good fridge. The room was too small for 4, really. We only slept in there, so it was no big deal. It would have been fine for 2 or 3 people. All things considered, we would stay here again.

This is a unique hotel run by a friendly family. Its location is excellent, just a short stroll to the harbour and local attractions. The room was clean and comfortable. Although there was a sky light and another small frosted window, I did miss having a proper window that you could see out of. It was fine for my purposes - I was simply interested in a single occupancy room that I knew I would not be in for along - but I’m not sure it would be a choice for a romantic getaway. Breakfast was buffet style and typically continental. It was perfectly suited to a city break style hotel. All in all, a good and convenient stay.

We have stayed at Le Masq since pretty much the day it opened . Its as good now as the very first time we arrived . Attentive staff , clean crisp rooms and smiles all round . Pretty sure it did meals other than breakfast when we first visited and over time but maybe wrong . The hotel is a credit to all those involved . Wouldn't and haven't stayed anywhere else in LR why would I ! Here's to our next visit which would be No 9 or 10 or maybe more Well done everyone

Stayed two nights here and I am sorry it wasn’t longer. This hotel is very well run and all the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. To start with the room was excellent. It was fresh and new with a decent size bathroom. Very comfortable indeed. Breakfast is well organised and there is a large choice of bread and cereal. Thank you for having filter coffee! We enjoyed the restaurant so much we had dinner there both nights too. The pool is a good size - you can actually swim and do lengths - and there are plenty of loungers. Can’t praise this place enough. Check in and check out efficient and friendly as well.

From the moment we arrive - friendly and helpful staff and exceptionally clean apartment we new we would have a good 4 nights at this apartment hotel. Everything was great. Convenient parking; clean studio; confortable bed; adequate storage for everything; great shower and well designed unit.

Very nice hotel, in a quiet area, 10 minutes walking from Vieux port! Near the Gabut area, the Aquarium and the Musee Maritime! You could find free parking in the surrounding streets! Very good value for money also. They have a very nice initiative with housekeeping. If you stay more than two nights, every day you skip the housekeeping you get a free drink per person, such as a draught beer, local wine, tea or coffee at the hotel bar! Also they have a good water dispenser where you can refill your bottles every day with cold water! Their breakfast was quite good, with nice bread, nice crepes and all the basics of a typical french breakfast! The only thing they lacked was some fresh vegetables such as a tomato, a cucumber or a lettuce and fresh fruits. The quality of the coffee could also be improved. Rooms were spacious and the bed was comfortable with two pillows each. The only thing is that the carpet gives the room a dusty smell. Overall very good for its place and price, with friendly staff!

Personnel agréable. Nous avons eu une chambre PMR comme demandé sur Booking en souhait et sans avoir a le preciser a nouveau a l'arrivé. Les chambres sont correctes pour le prix. Petit bémol sur le bruit de la clim mais étant donné que nous étions au RDC avec gros vis a vis il était impossible de laisser de toute façon la fenêtre ouverte donc un + pour la clim mais dommage pour le bruit. Les 2 gros bémols : le bruit de la route et le prix des boissons a l'accueil. Seulement quelques références en stock et surtout consignes en verre donc très chères. Surtout pour deux petites bouteille d'eau 50cl en verre vitel a 3.70 ou 4.70 je ne me souvient plus la bouteille petit format. Dans l'ensemble même si la chambre faisait un peu usee dans l'ensemble, le confort était la. Cela reste un bon rapport qualité prix

Here we have a nice hotel, 10mn walk from the City center. The rooms are very comfortable and very clean, a very good point. Another great one is the bed which is really high quality for a perfect night ! If you are looking for something special, try their Suite with Jacuzzi, amazing one and you can even use it at night, great moment ahead :-) Location, Service, Rooms, everything was perfect. The improvement points are definitey 2 for us : - There is no Bar ! You can order food and drinks al night but there is no bar, the guy will make it for you in the kitchen that's it ! First time that we sleep in a 4 stars hotel without a real cosy place called BAR. Best exemple is to order a cocktail and you will see that there is not a real Barman. - The Food. There is no restaurant of course but the breakfast is very poor compared to competition and if we arrive around 9/10am (it closes at 11am), there is no more fruits....They do not refill actively. Another unique thing is that they do not clean the tables. You can arrive at 9/10am or 11am, all tables will be there as the clients left them and you cannot choose the table then. First time ever we see this !! In short, very nice to sleep and enjoy a Suite but services around (Bar, food...) are not at a 4stars quality expected.

Kyriad is a fairly new hotel chain, until recently represented only in France. The price is higher than F1, where I usually settle, but closer to the center. Since I booked shortly before the trip, there were no cheap options, so we ended up here. Moreover, I have already stayed at Kyriad before. In addition to a good location, it should be noted a comfortable room with a classic design in muted tones, a TV, a spacious bathroom. There really is no refrigerator, if anyone cares. There is a vending machine with drinks and snacks downstairs.

PPengguna TetamuI really like this hotel, the location is perfect for the old town, with shops, bars, cafes etc within a few metres walk. The main transport square is only maybe 50m away, with lots of buses and bikes. It’s such a cool vibe inside the hotel, like 70’s style. Very friendly staff, very good value. The breakfast is ok, like a continental selection, nothing hot (apart from boiled eggs) but it’s fine. I’m on the second floor and here is a slight fan type noise all the time, it’s quieter as you go down each floor, but I’ve slept well. The veranda is a little grubby, as is the central outdoor area, but everything else is immaculate. Don’t expect that perfect modern hotel look, the bathroom for example looks “dated” but that’s the point - it’s really clean and looks so cool and homely, not like all the usual modern hotels that have no character. Good selection of books downstairs. I really like the place, originally booked 3 nights but extended that to just over a week which says something. Only marked 3 for Services as there’s not much else other than rooms, a chill out area and the breakfast room, so don’t expect spas/pools etc

Conveniently located close to the train station (＜10 mins walk) and city centre, the hotel is a no frills but clean and comfortable if quirky place to stay. Reception was efficient but beware that there is no lift in the hotel and those with heavy cases must carry them up several flights of narrow stairs and hallways if your room is on an upper floor. Having two cases, I left one with the receptionist whilst I carried the other up to the second floor. For some reason the receptionist brought the other one up for me. She was a small girl and was kindly helping me out but I did feel guilty. The room was small but air con was good. We had a room with a balcony which I recommend asking for in booking. Other reviewers have complained about noise from the street or other rooms and I was worried to discover ear plugs provided free of charge but to be honest, the insulated window kept out most of the street noise and it never bothered me. The room was basic but clean and comfortable although there was no furniture for storing clothes which had to be kept in their case. The bathroom was very small and I barely fit in the shower but I didn’t really feel that was a problem. Air con was excellent. No tea or coffee making facilities. We paid for breakfast which was available in the very small breakfast room. In the end we mostly moved out to a table in the street. I did not like having to negotiate my way around chairs and tables to get to my seat with food in hand. Breakfast was basic and consisted of cold food only bar coffee or tea. Staff were very helpful and were a strong point of the hotel. Altogether, I think the hotel punched a little above its weight and I liked it overall. I would satay there again.

Really was a teeny, tiny room and sleeping in a cupboard describes it extremely well, having said that it was ideal for a quick one night stay for 2 adults, don’t think I would like to have stayed any longer as not much storage, but the storage they had was quite effective. The bed was large enough and very comfortable but as someone said, the mattress protector was very cheap quality and made the bed so very hot, also the air conditioning was not that brilliant but it had been in the high 30 at the time of our stay so may have been that the air con could not cope with the heat. We actually slept on top of the duvet, solving the problem of the hot mattress protector and used the bottom sheet as a cover. Ibis really could do with sorting this problem out as it is not ideal. We felt the hotel was in a quiet position, felt safe and we did not have any problems with noisy street noise or noisy neighbours. The shower was very good. Not a lot of street parking but we managed to get in and it felt quite safe to leave the car, worked out at €4 for 2 hours and free between the hours of 12-2 and 6pm - 9am in the morning, free all day Sunday. There is one delivery space that you can pull in at for 10 mins if dropping luggage off and if available, but bare in mind this is a one way street so you can not block it with your car for unloading purposes. The Verdun car park is quite close by, maybe a 5-10 minute walk and apparently only €1 for the day at the weekend. The day we arrived it was torrential rain so we were glad of the street parking. Did not have breakfast as lots of bars and boulangeries nearby. Check in and out was 12pm. The staff were friendly and helpful, they also have luggage storage. One tip, just be careful with travel adaptors, the charging points are sort of upside down behind a kind of light baffle affair and very easy to unplug your devise and leave the adaptor behind….anyone wanting one you will find ours in room 107!

Je viens de passer une semaine exceptionnelle à la Résidence Pierre & Vacances de La Rochelle, et je tiens a remercier Clara pour ses précieux conseils lors du choix de l'appartement et de m'avoir proposé un des logements rénové. J'en profite pour féliciter l'équipe pour le choix des matériaux et des équipements dans ces appartements récemment rénovés. Dès mon arrivée, j'ai été impressionné par la qualité des finitions et le soin apporté aux détails. Les matériaux utilisés sont non seulement esthétiques mais aussi durables, ce qui témoigne d'un véritable engagement envers le confort et la satisfaction des clients. Les luminaires modernes comme le mobilier apportent une touche de sophistication et créent une ambiance chaleureuse et accueillante. Le miroir rétro éclairé de la salle de bain ajoute une dimension de luxe et de praticité, rendant cet espace fonctionnel et agréable à vivre. Ces choix réfléchis montrent clairement que la résidence met tout en œuvre pour offrir une expérience de séjour exceptionnelle à ses clients. Ayant sollicité l'intervention du service technique pendant mon séjour, je remercie Monsieur François d'avoir pris en charge ma demande avec autant de rapidité et surtout de m'avoir informé qu'il était quelques minutes après intervenus pour solutionner mon problème. En conclusion, je recommande vivement la Résidence Pierre & Vacances de La Rochelle à tous ceux qui recherchent un hébergement de qualité, où chaque détail est pensé pour le bien-être des résidents. Bravo à toute l'équipe pour ce travail remarquable !

Breakfast adequate, room clean and modern with towels changed daily. quality and desk only staffed at certain times but can book in at Kyriad next door. Will stay again next week.

Disappointing. Read the write up and thought it would be a nice spa hotel...nope more like a hostel with a steam room(which was closed) and a. school type swimming pool which is dated and nothing like the photos. We've spent 3 weeks travelling Spain and France and this was our last place and our least favourite of the whole trip. Positives- friendly staff on arrival, underground parking (worth paying. for as roads nearby are full of cars), room is clean and has a cute kitchenette so we could cook a meal after a very long drive. It's a basic hotel and worth a stop over but wouldn't stay again - sorry
