Hotel terbaik di La Spezia

Non ho trovato l'hotel all'altezza delle 4 stelle. Pur avendo prenotato una camera superior non ho trovato le ciabattine in bagno ma neppure la carta igienica. La camera inoltre manca del tipico angolo bollitore e infusi che sarebbe stato senz'altro ancora più apprezzabile in inverno. Spiacevole anche il dover riaccendere circa ogni quarto d'ora le lampade che hanno uno spegnimento automatico probabilmente per risparmio energetico così come non ho trovato efficace un sistema di ricambio aria in bagno. Per il resto la posizione è ottima, in vicinanza sia al centro storico che alla stazione ferroviaria, ed il personale estremamente gentile. Colazione nella media, apprezzabile la possibilità di usufruirne fino alle 11:00 senza vincoli di fasce orarie.

Excellent location, just at the train station. We booked through booking.com and got an excellent deal. We were 3 adults and there are plenty of rooms to accommodate families and a small group of friends. Please note that there is city tax to be paid on site. Also just wanted to say a huge huge thank you to the staff. Amazingly helpful. Helped us to check in after hours and then when staying again, helped to order pizza 😊. And you can store your luggage. Breakfast is included. You will get a voucher which can be redeemed in 2 places. It's for a cup of coffee and a fresh pastry. Typical light Italian breakfast. Delicious. Just a note, to make sure you go to the correct one, ask before. As there are 2. One has RED flower pots in front and the other has WHITE. The staff is very helpful, and can chat to via WhatsApp. Thanks again!!!

Kamers en badkamer zijn zeer proper maar een beetje gedateerd. Ook de buitenkant van het hotel kan een opfrisbeurt gebruiken. Ontbijt was goed en uitgebreid genoeg,zeker naar Italiaanse normen. Personeel aan het onthaal en eetruimte was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam en stond ons in zowel Engels als Frans te woord. Goede en stabiele wifi: 60Mbps Enige en grootste nadeel: dunne muren dus je kon mensen op de gang en in de kamer naast je horen, alsof ze ook in jouw kamer zaten...geluidsisolatie liet dus de wensen over. Maar al bij al goed hotel om de buurt te verkennen: Cinque Terre, Pisa, Lucca,... In de buurt van het hotel is echter weinig te beleven maar voordeel is dat het een rustige omgeving is (buiten het lawaai van de andere gasten:) )

There are no bells or whistles here. It is a very basic, clean no-frills hotel with an incredibly convenient location for accessing the Cinque Terre towns. We planned to spend 4 days at Cinque Terre but we had a car and we absolutely did not want to drive around the notoriously difficult Cinque Terre towns. Hotel Mary was a perfect solution. They reserved a car parking spot for us around the corner (street parking but free). We were able to leave our car for the next 4 days and didn’t have to go near it until we were leaving. The train station is directly opposite the hotel so each morning, we simply walked across the road, jumped on the train and got off at whichever CT town we’d picked for that day’s hike. It couldn’t have been easier. Despite the proximity of the station, we did not hear any train noise during the night. The station is elevated above the hotel so the noise doesn’t seem to travel. The main road outside is quite busy so there was some traffic noise but nothing excessive and it did not disturb us even though our room faced the road at the front of the hotel. The room was dated and the decor was old-fashioned but our room was spacious and large bags could be easily tucked out of the way. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. When I had trouble finding the allocated car spot, they walked with me back to my car to show me exactly where it was. An unexpected benefit was the number of restaurants within close walking distance which (unlike the Cinque Terre restaurants), stayed open late. This gave us the option of sometimes heading back to La Spezia and still being able to walk out for a late meal. Between the hotel and Piazza Garibaldi, there is a strip of lively restaurants and we ate here a couple of times. Overall, for price and location, this hotel was a good option.

This is a fantastic homestay with spacious and tidy rooms, and a great balcony. The mini bar is excellent and the TV is smart and high-quality. The service is exceptional, with an early check-in option and patient explanations of sightseeing tips for the Cinque Terre area. The multiple door locks provide a sense of security. Questa è una fantastica casa vacanze con camere spaziose e ordinate, e un bellissimo balcone. Il minibar è eccellente e la TV è intelligente e di alta qualità. Il servizio è eccezionale, con l'opzione di check-in anticipato e pazienti spiegazioni di consigli turistici per l'area delle Cinque Terre. Le molteplici serrature delle porte forniscono un senso di sicurezza. 太棒的民宿，房間寬敞整潔，小陽臺非常棒，有很棒的迷你吧，電視機是智能的非常好。 服務很好，提早入住體驗，耐心講解五漁村觀光攻略。 多個門鎖令人感到安心

We loved the look and feel of our room with exposed brick, but modern furnishings. The room wasn't huge, but wasn't small. The bed was comfortable. There were enough plugs to charge all the things. There's a small area to hang clothing. The bathroom was nice and modern with a good sized shower. Everything was very clean. The woman who checked us in was very kind and helpful. Just note that this is in an older building so the elevator is tiny, but it worked! The location walking distance to the train station is perfect, as we were there to visit Cinque Terre. Certainly a good place to stay for that. The only slight downside was that we drove and parking was a little complicated. Particularly as there is nowhere to unload your luggage unless you just get very lucky with finding a space nearby. Otherwise you may have a pretty long walk with your bags after you find parking. Not a huge deal, just something to note.

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte…camera piccola ma molto confortevole,pulita e assolutamente tranquilla…poi la signora Giovanna la proprietaria assolutamente molto gentile e cordiale ,ci ha dato consigli su cosa visitare nel poco tempo che avevamo…poi posizione davvero strategica …per raggiungere le 5 terre, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria,altrettanto vicina al centro… consiglio di prenotare il parcheggio per auto…che si trova proprio di fronte allo stabile…quindi non mi resta che fare i complimenti e ringraziare per averci accolto in questo breve soggiorno…sicuramente ritorneremo a trovarvi..LO CONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE!!!

Good location between the train station and port. The shower drain was a bit blocked and would over flow if you had it on full. You could also smell the typical unpleasant drain smell from a blocked pipe.

距離拉斯佩齊亞火車站幾十米，交通十分便捷，去往五漁村也很方便。服務人員友善，乾淨衛生，重點有熱水壺。Wi-Fi穩定。入住時剛好遇到當晚有球賽，有球員和教練在此酒店準備退房，球迷聚集門口，雖然延遲了幾小時入住，但能見到有名的足球教練也算幸運，難忘的經歷。

Lovely and place in a great town. The staff is so friendly, the room was very nice and clean and cool. The view was incredible, the breakfast was great. It’s a very nice little town and if you’re visiting cinque terre this is a great place to get away from the crowds of tourists. The food in this town is very very good. The hotel is up on the hill but easy to get to by taxi or bus.
