Hotel La Vale dengan Sarapan

Amazing as always. Wayne at the front desk is so nice and always friendly. Food was delicious as always too - great selection.

Excellent stay! Super clean, big room. Spotless bathroom, lots of towels, i love all the Dove soaps, lotion, shampoo, body wash. Pillows are good but the mattress maybe could use a topper. The pool is heated, hot tub is very spacious and hot (all open until 11pm which is rare) they also have a gym. The breakfast is one of the best compare to similar hotels (the hours I think 6am till 10am) They have hot omelets, bacon, beef patties, hash browns, biscuits, cinnamon buns (fresh made and packaged), pancakes, oatmeal, juices coffee, milk, cereals, yogurt. The best thing I ever seen in any hotels: bread, bagels, muffins are all packed in individual zip locks. Even syrops, nuts and raisins are divided in small portions and small containers. The lady who was working breakfast buffet was relentless keep refilling and cleaning tables. The only complaint is the AC, when it starts working, sounds like a jet engine. We are heavy sleepers so it didn't bother us that much. The nicest lady who checked us in and checked out (I think her name is Carmelita) said they planning to upgrade as it a common complain. She also helped us with our door by reprogramming me. Ans she signed me up for a IHG rewards, although I booked this stay with a 3d party, but as per policy, you can still earn the points. I wish that would be offered in other Holidays Inn I stayed throughout the years. She also granted us a late check out. Overall we loved it and definitely will stay here next time.

I have stayed here so many times, that at one point, it became familiar. My home away from home, if you will. It's changed within the last 2 years. I deeply miss Allison. I have a special condition which I never had to explain myself or plead for changes, when she worked there. Everywhere I travel, and it is a lot of places, I make a connection. It IS imperative for someone so fragile, that they have sustained more than 1,000 fractures, to have that connection with someone who understands and knows what needs to be done, prior to and during a stay. Allison was that person. No matter the situation she made it happen. I always got the end room, by the office. Didn't matter who was booked. It was best suited and the safest, for me and my care-giving team. But she's gone and now you simply get excuses. People booked in groups who don't require room for 20yr old power-chairs. They haven't even arrived yet but yet, I am there, struggling. Instead of of accessing the situation, I am shuffled down a corridor, with loud and obnoxiously intoxicated kids and their inebriated parents, for a game. This happened the time before my recent stay in June. Both instances, I was housed down the hall. So my 20 year old, no longer power chair, has to be manually pushed everywhere. Ever tried pushing a power chair manually on carpet? I'll wait. I guarantee you won't need to workout afterwards. One must learn in life a very valuable lesson. People are not burdens. Disabilities aren't their fault. And lastly, there's always, Always exceptions to most every rule. It's quite unfortunate that BW Braddock has severely missed this lesson.

Easily the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in. Everything was premium, from the double bed to the bathroom bar of soap. My favorite amenity was the hole in the floor! Breakfast buffet was also awesome: omelette made to order, bsco, sausage, two kinds of breakfast potatoes and waffles. The coffee was top notch as well.
