An example of why one should stay in a family hotel. Simon and Simona were the most perfect, welcoming and friendly hosts for whom nothing was too much trouble. The dinners produced by Simon were exceptional, as were the wines selected by Simona and Simon. They readily looked after food intolerances in our group. Sometimes we walked to and from the lifts but there was also a shuttle service available. All on all, we’d highly recommend Hotel Diana!

We had a lovely stay; the room was very comfortable. The dinner is absolutly fantastic and the staff was very friendly. The hotel is very close to the slopes and the ski bus stops in front of the hotel. I totally recommend it, and we would definitely choose Hotel Diana for our future stay in Dolomite

All just fantastic - staff, service, location and most of all the food and the 5 course dinners. Sometimes those can be too much, over-worked and almost ridiculous, or too small....this is a perfect balance and with the local touch. We will be back!

We stayed here for a week in January when we were skiing. Great family run hotel. We were a family of 5 adults in 3 bedrooms. All the bedrooms were clean and comfortable. All the bathrooms had been relatively recently updated and were the same. Some of the bedrooms have been modernised and some are more traditional - but all nice. Simon and Simone were welcoming and helpful hosts.All the family and staff were friendly and efficient. We had the half board option and the evening meals were all beautifully presented and delicious - you won’t go hungry. There is a free ski bus that stops outside the hotel and it is short ride to the nearest lifts. It is actually easy to walk to/from the nearest chair lift. This is helpful if you miss the last bus at the end of the day (around 4.30 pm in January) having enjoyed a bit of apres ski! We would be very happy to return to the Hotel Diana.

Very comfortable, cozy and nicely decorated rooms, good different saunas option with tea making facilities in a relax zone, gourmet experience for dining, parking possibilities, central location close to the lifts & slopes, ski bus stops just in front of the ski room exit - overall great stay!

We stayed in Hotel Diana with family and firiends and it was absolutely amazing! very helpful and profession team, comfortable rooms with balconies, and absolutely fantastic food! Location is right in the center with short distance to the slopes. I can recommend the hotel and for sure will come back if I am in La Villa again.

My wife and I stayed at Hotel Diana in the Dolomites for six nights in June 2022. We opted for half-board - breakfast and the 5-course dinner each day. We found the welcome, our room, and the provided meals to be of an exceptionally high standard. The hotel’s chef, Simon, provided consistently superb meals. Simona (front of house, among other things) is extremely welcoming, helpful, and a consummate hospitality professional. We unreservedly recommend Hotel Diana. I suggest that you ‘do yourself a favour’ and go for the ‘half board’ option which includes the dinners. I don’t think anybody could be disappointed staying at this family-run hotel. Cheers.

Very nice place, cozy atmosphere. The ladies in the restaurant were doing absolutely great job, always tried to chat with us, so my kind regards to them. :) I liked all food and services. Skibus just on the corner of the hotel, parking is small though. The room was spacious enough for two people.

This was our second stay at Hotel Diana. We returned for the winter having been so impressed during a summer stay. Simona and Simo are the most welcoming and friendly hosts and nothing is too much trouble. The rest of the staff are so efficient, and always happy to help. We have stayed at many hotels in the Dolomites and the food here rates as one of the best, it is outstanding. There is a free ski shuttle bus (with a card given at reception) that runs every 15 mins, and it stops just a few steps away from the ski room. We had a room at the front of the hotel and there was no noise at all from the road. The room was spotless, with plenty of storage space. The hotel location is central to the slopes and shops. We cannot wait to return to The Diana, an excellent choice for both a Summer and winter holiday in Alta Badia.
