This apar**ent is awesome. next to ocean and beaches. the view is absolutely wonderful. Within minutes we can walk to the beach. Shopping is also very convenient. Harbour Town Biggera Shopping Centre is only 8 mins drive. Also super close to Movie World, Sea World, within 20 mins drive. Also the kitchen, shower, washer, dryer were quite good and convenient. The apar**ent was in clean and good condition. The only issue was just one split aircon in the living room, there was no aircon in bedrooms, made it really hot and humid to sleep in hot summer nights.

The apar**ent was fantastic. Very spacious, clean and had a comfortable bed. The views are fabulous. Staff are friendly. It was quiet at night. The kitchen had everything we needed. There are some great restaurants within walking distance.

Sadly we did not find presentation up to the standard promoted or enjoyed by other guests, the operators say it was due to "staff shortages and time pressure". We will not elaborate on the detail as this was passed on to the operators and they say they have addressed the matters with their contractors for the benefit of current and future guests . The rooms are spacious and the balcony offers a large area for viewing.

Apar**ent was exceptional. Spacious, clean, nothing it didn’t have. The views are breathtaking whether it is during the day, sunrise or sunset. Location is perfect. Within. Walking distance to the Grand Hotel. Walking distance to other places to eat. Short drive elsewhere. Highly recommend this place and cannot wait to return in 2023

Views are nice and the really spacious, but we stayed during a storm and did find the unit was very very loud
