The best part of staying at this place was that it does have a private beach that you can snorkel from and relax and watch the sunsetting. However, the resort is about a 15 minute drive to the centre of town. You can get a car from the resort most of the time without too much of a wait for the cost of $10 AUD each way. However, we did have to find our own way back from the town centre after 10pm and paid local drivers more. You will need to go into the town centre every day because unfortunately the resort restaurant is awful. The service and food were very disappointing and well below average. We had breakfast included with our stay and only ate breakfast there once. There are many great restaurants and bars in surrounding hotels and town centre and I would recommend using those. Our room was quite nice, although the bathroom was mouldy and grimy in places. The staff were friendly.

This room type is facing the sea, but it is really old, and there are many mosquitoes in the semi-open bathroom. Later, we negotiated to move to the newly built deluxe ocean view room (sylvia komodo resort) facing the sea on the other side, which was very good. I don’t know which room type it is on Ctrip. The hotel refers to the dulux ocean room type. This five-star score is for the new room, the old wooden one is for four stars, there are too many mosquitoes. Sylvia’s restaurant has very good products, and the sunset on the beach is also very beautiful. The quality of the sea water is very good. You can kayak and snorkel. The family sees big lobsters, but you still have to pay attention to safety. There are no lifeguards watching the sea. The seafood in the Komodo fish market is also very fresh and delicious. Except for the expensive air ticket to Komodo and the expensive one-day tour, there are no shortcomings. Generally, transportation in Indonesia is expensive. It is true that we need to take a one-way taxi to this hotel for more than 4 people for 50rmb, but I think it is ok to add the room rate. Each person is 25K IDR.

Really really love my experience here!! I knew Ayana was good and I even saw some videos online yett I was still sooooo impressed when I arrived there. We did some water activity which were really fun. The service was good and this has become a special place for us! If there is one thing that can be improved is the breakfast, we felt like it was just so so in comparison to all the other things that we experienced there. Thanks Ayana!!

The most satisfying hotel in the 10-day Bali trip, absolutely worth the money! I really like the concept of the hotel's original ecology and traditional cultural protection. The entire hotel consists of only 20 independent small villas, and the number of hotel staff is twice that of guests. We think that compared with other luxury hotels, several points are very good: 1. Full butler service, our butler Diaz is very good, helping us to order four breakfast boxes for the next day's early trip, fruit yogurt Benedict eggs are available, and towels are prepared to send us to the lobby early in the morning; and all emergency services are very good accordingly. After staying, I found that I didn’t have enough cash for the next day, so I asked the guy if he could help find a car. He not only arranged the hotel’s shuttle bus to take us to town, but also accompanied us with the driver to withdraw money and buy sunscreen and bring us back. The three girls traveling alone really felt at ease. Finally, before leaving, the guy sorted out the things left in the room and took pictures for me. After knowing that there was a charging cable in it that was useful, he rode a motorcycle to send it to me at the airport. 2. The scenery of the hotel is very beautiful. I saw the most beautiful sunset in my trip to Indonesia. The beach is within walking distance and the hotel arranges afternoon tea in different places every day. On the first day, it was next to the pier and on the second day, it was on a private beach. The hotel sent us there by boat. Five staff members accompanied the three of us to drink tea and watch the sunset. They also took great photos and then drove us back. 3. There is no need to worry about having nothing to do in the hotel. Paddle boards, transparent bottom canoes, snorkeling, transparent gym facing the sea, bicycles are all free, there are morning yoga classes, and the hotel's snorkeling spot is above a huge coral garden. You can also feed small fish. When we were snorkeling, there was a butler watching on the shore. There were no waves and it was very safe. There is no disadvantage except that it is expensive. I like this quiet small hotel. The staff are all smiling and the price/performance ratio is high. The hotel is very cheap.

This is our most pleasant stay in Komodo. It can even be said to be the most cost-effective hotel so far. We spent more than 2,000 and got a 5,000+ experience. From the pick-up to the check-in, I mentioned on the way that I had a fever and asked to drop by the pharmacy when I went to the hotel. As a result, the inroom service brought ginger tea after checking in. Our butler Henrik, the lady who was the room director, the restaurant manager Jaka (sorry I can't remember their names completely), and the instructor who accompanied me when I went snorkeling, Deseil (sorry I can't spell your name clearly), all made us feel at home. They called our names wherever we went. On the last day, I had a serious fever. I just asked if there were any antibiotics. As a result, Henrik arranged a doctor to come to the room for me. I suggested that I might have a bacterial infection and needed to take cephalosporin. After checking me, he prescribed paracetamol, cephalosporin and vitamins for me. I asked how much it would cost so that I could pay, and then he told me it was free. I was really shocked because I have been living in Bali and I know that medical expenses for foreigners here are very expensive. I didn't expect to receive such meticulous care. When we checked out, the hotel operations department saw us off in the lobby, and gave me and my friends photos and gifts, which was very surprising. We thought we were staying in Aman the whole time😂 I strongly recommend everyone to check in quickly while they have just opened and the price is still good. I believe such a good hotel will definitely get better and better and more expensive in the future😂

Nice architecture like in Santorini. Room is ok for the price but could use a bit more cleaning. Nice rooftop bar but pool is a bit small but with great sunset view.

the location is top notch, walking distance to the city. their staff are also attentive, easily approachable and efficiently attended to the issue and problem that arise throughout my stay.

I had a wonderful stay! The hotel’s ambiance was lovely, starting with a breezy, open-air lobby that immediately set a relaxing tone. My room was comfortable and well-appointed, although it didn’t have a view. The highlight was definitely the rooftop breakfast—great selection with an incredible view to match! There was a small gym, though it could use a bit more equipment. Overall, a fantastic experience in a beautiful setting.
