The hotel is family friendly, having all facilities that is joy and fun for kids. The harbourland, habour town, laser gun, water park, game room are free!! There is playground and fun park (Viking and car ride). My kids really like this hotel and want to come back. The breakfast has variety of food and were really good. The room is clean and bed is really comfy. The bathroom is good with all functions that are needed. (But it's a little bit dark for me, I would prefer to have it more brighter, but it's not the problem)

Had a wonderful time staying at Balcony. The staff was incredibly courteous, the room was clean and comfortable. Great value for the price. Would definitely stay here again! The room was spotless, and the bed extremely comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a long day. The breakfast buffet exceeded expectations with a variety of fresh and delicious options. The restaurant staff was attentive and made the dining experience very pleasant. I loved the pool and activities for kids. The facilities were well-maintained and clean. In summary, "Excellent stay! Clean rooms, friendly staff, and great service all around. Highly recommended."

Many activities for kids, mostly suitable for kids under 8yrs old. If older than that Balcony seaside is more appropriate.

Great facilities for children. The onsen is also nice and clean. The room is good as standard, not big, but clean and well function.

The service was great. It's really good for kids but the pool was ok but i want to see better. My kids love mini Harborland. The Laser tag was amazing for my kids they enjoyed it So overall It was amazing

Place for kids. Mini harborland is smaller than Balcony Seaside. BTW, the room and space is more comfort than another one. Waiting area for kids in Lounge is fantastic. Love this hotle.

I am so grateful to stay this hotel this time. My daughter loves many things here. I would recommend all family group with young children.

Totally was good but there not good manage too much the guest

Very nice hotel with wonderful staff. This hotel is really suitable for family with young kid. All kid amenities are free to be used for hotel guest. There are welcome snacks and toys for the kids too. Best value for family to stay. Room wise it is very clean and equipped with a small kitchen. Good to do some basic cooking and preparation of milk if needed.
