We didn’t even get to stay! Booked online when I called the night of checkin to let them know I was gonna be about 8:00 that night checking in I was told that being I didn’t check in by 3:00pm an didn’t pay that my room was released!! I told the clerk I choose the option to book now and pay later, she responded with “I can’t help what 3rd party does, you didn’t check in at 3 and you didn’t pay therefore your room was released!” So I then ask well do you have another room available I’m almost there a need a room, I was told no I do not have another room for you! So I ask her “so what am I supposed to do now for a room tonight with my family? And she responded with “there’s other hotels in Lafayette mam you can go to one of those!!” So I told her oh so you’re a real smart ass, how nice of you, you have a great night! Glad we didn’t get to stay, cause I can only imagine how terrible the service there would have actually been!! I will not ever be booking any hotel stays with WoodSprings Suites!! And I will let everyone know how I was treated as a customer.
