Good service principally room service. In the restaurant de food is good and variable. The breakfast was excellent

Great location!

The place is well located, close to the lake, and offers comfortable accommodation and a hearty breakfast. The only observation I have is regarding problem solving. I had a problem with my reservation, the hotel gave me a different/inferior room to the one I had booked and did not relocate me, claiming that they had no more rooms available.

We arrived at the hotel at 10:30 am and asked if it would be possible to check in, but we were told that we could only do so by paying an additional half-day fee. Check-in could only be done after 2:00 pm. We didn't ask about this, but several other hotels have accommodated me in this situation. As for amenities, they gave me a room with two single beds, and I was with my wife. The room was very cramped. The window looked out onto other parts of the hotel, with no view of the street or any nice part of the city. The shower only produced a very small amount of water. I go to Lagoa Santa every year and I won't choose this hotel again.
