First evening’s dinner on site at The Loft. Creative, delicious menu. Our waiter Roger is not only a foodie, knowledgeable of every story behind every dish on the menu but he is also extremely attentive. We ate outdoors and although the patio had heaters it was still a bit chilly — but Roger I soared on bringing me an ultra soft blanket! Highly recommend the restaurant especially if you are fortunate enough to have Roger!

Tidak akan tinggal di sini lagi! Kami terpaksa menghubungi kaunter penerimaan tetamu dua kali dalam masa sejam selepas daftar masuk. Jet tab mandi adalah menjijikkan. Pasir di bahagian bawah tab mandi. Longkang dalam tab tersumbat. Tempat yang kelihatan seperti darah dalam tab. Noda besar pada selimut putih. Pengemasan datang lewat malam kami mendaftar masuk (selepas hari yang panjang dalam perjalanan) untuk menukar peralatan tempat tidur dan tab mandi bersih dengan peluntur. Keesokan harinya saya meminta tab mandi dibersihkan semula kerana jet tab masih kotor dan noda masih ada di dalam tab. Penyelenggaraan datang dan longkang masih tidak berfungsi. Kami pada dasarnya terpaksa berdiri di dalam air kotor semasa kami mandi sepanjang hujung minggu. Saya bercakap dengan pengurus hotel yang membayar kira-kira 1/3 daripada kos penginapan kami untuk hujung minggu. Kami menghargai ini, tetapi kekurangan kebersihan sepenuhnya semasa wabak global membimbangkan. Kawasan itu sangat cantik. Kami menyukai balkoni di dalam bilik kami. Terdapat banyak tangga untuk pergi ke atau dari bilik kami, itu boleh menjadi masalah bagi sesetengah tetamu.

Wow where to start: spent only one night here and it was the most peaceful, relaxing, beautiful stay we’ve had. They were able to accommodate both an early check in and late checkout which gave us so much time to enjoy all the amenities at the resort. As soon as you get our your car, it’s beautiful chirping if the birds, and crisp, fresh air. Everything was so easy: the staff at the front desk was amazing! The gentleman at the front during our checkin got reservations for us there at their restaurant “The Harvest”, we dined for both dinner and breakfast. I truly appreciate how accommodating the entire staff was: they all genuinely look like they love working here! Highly recommend coming for a staycation or even for a romantic getaway/vacation from out of town,

All was okay at this older hotel for sleeping, nothing fancy, but right next to the beach SO GREAT LOCATION. There was only one problem ---it was absolutely freezing at night in our room, and our room had NO HEAT only a portable heater unit after I called the front desk. When I called in the middle of the night freezing, I thought they were joking when they said there was no heat for the room! I think he may have said some rooms have heat, others do not, but cannot remember for sure.

Took my family to visit the Rock Pile Beach in Laguna Beach and stayed at the Laguna Beach House and loved it. It had exactly what we were looking for as a small family. Disappointing experience. 1. Hotel's parking is a block away across the street. Parking spots are tiny, larger cars will have hard time parking. 2. Air conditioning units are those portable things on wheels. Right in the room. Very loud, turns on/off all night. 3. Windows open sliding up - don't stay open, too old/falling apart. Also have no screen. 4. Room is the tiniest I ever seen in hotels. 5. Bathroom sink - stand alone sink with no space to put toiletries on. Pros: Clean. Great location right near the beach. Rooftop bar, restaurant onsite and great Mexican restaurant across the street. Friendly service, front desk person was very helpful.

All was okay at this older hotel for sleeping, nothing fancy, but right next to the beach SO GREAT LOCATION. There was only one problem ---it was absolutely freezing at night in our room, and our room had NO HEAT only a portable heater unit after I called the front desk. When I called in the middle of the night freezing, I thought they were joking when they said there was no heat for the room! I think he may have said some rooms have heat, others do not, but cannot remember for sure.

Disappointing experience. 1. Hotel's parking is a block away across the street. Parking spots are tiny, larger cars will have hard time parking. 2. Air conditioning units are those portable things on wheels. Right in the room. Very loud, turns on/off all night. 3. Windows open sliding up - don't stay open, too old/falling apart. Also have no screen. 4. Room is the tiniest I ever seen in hotels. 5. Bathroom sink - stand alone sink with no space to put toiletries on. Pros: Clean. Great location right near the beach. Rooftop bar, restaurant onsite and great Mexican restaurant across the street. Friendly service, front desk person was very helpful.

Tidak akan tinggal di sini lagi! Kami terpaksa menghubungi kaunter penerimaan tetamu dua kali dalam masa sejam selepas daftar masuk. Jet tab mandi adalah menjijikkan. Pasir di bahagian bawah tab mandi. Longkang dalam tab tersumbat. Tempat yang kelihatan seperti darah dalam tab. Noda besar pada selimut putih. Pengemasan datang lewat malam kami mendaftar masuk (selepas hari yang panjang dalam perjalanan) untuk menukar peralatan tempat tidur dan tab mandi bersih dengan peluntur. Keesokan harinya saya meminta tab mandi dibersihkan semula kerana jet tab masih kotor dan noda masih ada di dalam tab. Penyelenggaraan datang dan longkang masih tidak berfungsi. Kami pada dasarnya terpaksa berdiri di dalam air kotor semasa kami mandi sepanjang hujung minggu. Saya bercakap dengan pengurus hotel yang membayar kira-kira 1/3 daripada kos penginapan kami untuk hujung minggu. Kami menghargai ini, tetapi kekurangan kebersihan sepenuhnya semasa wabak global membimbangkan. Kawasan itu sangat cantik. Kami menyukai balkoni di dalam bilik kami. Terdapat banyak tangga untuk pergi ke atau dari bilik kami, itu boleh menjadi masalah bagi sesetengah tetamu.

Check in was easy and fast. Plenty of parking. Front desk is amazing on both shift. Free transportation is close by. Walking distance to the beach (not Treasure Island) - less crowded. Breakfast is good. Room is clean and spacious.
