非常美好的水屋體驗，首先老闆非常用心和認真回答問題，每個細節貼心為遊客着想，無論是接，送都安排得很好，每天有三頓飯，早中晚口味不錯，食材新鮮！還有下午茶的安排！老闆安排的浮潛水域，可以看到很多的珊瑚和小魚，海底世界盡收眼底。比我們自己安排的跳島的水域要更漂亮。房間裏面有兩張床和一個沙發床，帶孩子去的話比較方便，每個窗户都可以看到海景，坐在陽台上也是很愜意的享受！

This hotel makes a great place to kick back and relax after a long day of sightseeing. For those driving themselves, parking is provided on site. 住在漫居林舍度假村是我這次仙本那之行最英明決策，極力推薦。
老闆廣東人，人很好，員工大部分是中國人，交流無障礙
住：房間寬大，院子裏花藝漂亮讓人感覺舒服。比仙本那鎮上的酒店舒適很多。
行：酒店距離鎮上出海碼頭10分鐘路程。每天出海跳島有車接車送，直接微信里跟老闆說位置就可以。
食：老闆親自帶隊去海鮮市場砍價，巨大的皮皮蝦能砍到幾十塊，蘇梅，東星斑等於幾十塊一條。三公斤大龍蝦幾百塊拿下。並且再酒店就按要求做法做出來，味道不輸國內五星酒店。
玩：老闆可隨時幫助定出海項目，我們定了兩條線，玩爽了想定第三條線，老闆直接原價預定第二天出發的船。
總結：仙本那主要就是玩跳島游，吃便宜海鮮。本來想住一個島，但是價格貴不說，還的提前幾個月定。如果住島上是不能跳其他線的島。而且島上衹能吃自助餐。在鎮子上住條件要差了很多，而且人多很亂。海鮮便宜本身就是仙本那特色之一。住在漫居林舍度假村，海鮮可以按國內十分之一的價格放開了吃。連吃三天路費就賺回來了。跳島游三條線都跳了。海島美景都看到了。海鮮吃美了，花費最多島上一天的價格。加上老闆賓至如歸的服務。性價比不要太爽。

Welcome! The landlord Qiao Zhijia is a Chinese landlord who likes to make friends and will provide you with considerate service. Our Chinese villa area, Taman Mutiara (Taman Mutiara), located in the center of the town, is a great place to get some peace and quiet amidst the hustle and bustle. Each room has an independent bathroom, 24-hour hot water, all-weather air conditioning, toiletries, hair dryer, electric tea kettle, bedside USB socket, and 100M fiber optic WIFI. Laundry equipment and a 300-square-meter shared restaurant kitchen are available for free use (you can cook your own seafood for a party). There is also a large leisure space for public activities, where you can make tea, drink coffee, read books and newspapers, play mahjong (fully automatic mahjong table), and watch movies on a 100-inch projector. The town of Semporna is very small. We are backed by the sea (Government Pier), 300 meters away from the town center mosque, 400 meters away from KFC, 600 meters away from Watsons, and 300 meters away from the bank. Within 5 minutes of walking to the city center, there are 3 piers behind the Semporna Government Pier. The farthest pier is a 20-minute walk. You can use these few minutes to visit Malay shops\markets\Semporna Football Stadium\Chinese Try local delicacies in tea restaurants and experience the culture and local life here.

This is actually a transformation of row of terrace house to sort of home stay.Everything you see is CHINESE i.e deco,owner and the tenants.But it is value for money.The bed is comfy,the service is excellent and the location is ideal.Not to forget,the shower is great!

Ucapan oleh En Kenny semasa tiba yang membantu saya untuk menaik taraf bilik saya daripada deluxe queen kepada King dengan pemandangan 107….. Selain itu, salah seorang kakitangan yang cantik (Puan Shima) yang membersihkan bilik saya dia juga peramah. Terima kasih banyak Shima dari hari pertama sehingga kami meninggalkan awak seorang yang cantik. Terima kasih angin….Yang pasti kami akan datang. Sea Star Perfect resort. Perfect location. Perfect staff. Wonderful owner, ERIC, who has great PR 👍🏻. Staff is respectful and friendly. I cannot ask for more. Highly recommend Sea Star Resort. We bought a 3D2N Sea Star Resort package. It included a return transfer by van from Tawau Airport to Semporna boat jetty which took almost 1.5h, a 10-minute boat ride to Sea Star Resort, a whole day of island hopping and snorkelling, all meals (breakfast, lunch, tea and dinner 👍🏻), free usage of inflatables, transparent paddle boat and snorkelling gear and unlimited supply of drinking water. The room is very clean and spacious- had a king size bed plus a day bed. Bath area was spacious and attractive. Really love this place very much. Look at the video I have attached! Air conditioned, good internet connection and extended balcony. Food is local buffet style. We enjoyed all our meals there. You will get an assortment of dishes. For dinner, you get good large prawns 🍤 and fish👍🏻. Tea is special- besides 2-3 types if local cakes, you get an endless supply of banana fritters which are very addictive 👍🏻 The sea water around the resort and beyond is crystal clear. You can always see the marine creatures in the water. From 4pm, use of inflatables, transparent paddle boat and snorkelling gear are supervised. Very kind staff who are ever ready to lend a helping hand. We are grateful to Eric, Gordon, Amsyar, Lisa and all the Sea Star Resort staff. We will be back! 在仙本那住的最舒服酒店之一，後悔沒有定後面的日期，再定就訂不到了。步行到碼頭幾分鐘，步行到海鮮市場也是幾分鐘，樓下餐廳人均20rm吃出了國內牛排餐廳的服務和氛圍。
首先説配套設施:酒店一共4層，裝修比較新，一樓是接待大廳，有優雅的休息區，會有工作人員幫你開門熱情迎接，幫你拿行李，隔壁是環境優雅的咖啡廳和用餐區，也是對外開放的。2-3樓是客房，房間很多，我們300一晚含雙人早餐的大床房還帶一張單人床，空間很大，有一個長條桌，很適合放東西，有吹風機和晾衣架，房間面朝大海有陽台。4樓是早餐廳，品種豐富，空調效果很好，中式西式都有，很適合中國人口味，還有炒河粉，可以一邊用餐一邊看海景。
交通:距離碼頭非常近，步行大約600米，即使是出海沒有車接送，走過去也就幾分鐘，距離海鮮市場也很近，也是幾百米。樓下有一個比較大的便利店，買水日用品比較方便。
再説服務:他們會中文交流，很方便，全程都是熱情歡迎微笑迎接，幫忙拿行李，看見我們在大廳拿手機找導航，會主動詢問是否需要幫助，而且可以免費接送到碼頭和回酒店。
再説菜品:樓下餐廳的菜品是我們在沙巴和仙本那吃的最舒服的一餐，環境優雅，口味很符合中國人口味，而且擺盤好看精緻價格實惠 ，一份帶葷的麪食或者米飯套餐衹要10.09rm，星巴克同款的巧克力星冰樂也衹要10.09rm，還是超大杯。各種飲品選擇很多，真的聚划算。口味還超讚！
該酒店唯一的缺點:臨街，有車來車往，比較吵，不過在仙本那和沙巴的酒店大多數都是臨街，會比較吵，這是通病，我們來這的一個多星期裏，每天住的不同的酒店都是這個問題，好在房間比較大，還有窗，透氣還是很不錯的。

One is on the phone, sitting, doesn't even acknowledge our entrance by eye contact, another just sit and look at us and does not even speak a word until we start. No welcome, no greet and no smile. When asked questions, answers are short and rude. It is odd why the hotel manager unable to deliver basic hospitality. Good look with no intelligence apa guna? It is highly not recommended to stay here, just stay elsewhere.

PPengguna TetamuMy room (superior king room) was big and clean, but smelled a bit weird, it might be the smell of the sanitiser. The building from inside is newly renovated (renovation is still in progress), the lobby looks very nice, the staff is nice and friendly, but they have no restaurant, no small bar, no lounge, nothing. And the most disappointing thing: I could smell in my room that someone(s) smoke in the corridor or somewhere close! It was crazy disgusting! Smoking is not allowed in the building, but unfortunately they cannot detect it, since there is no smoke detector, which is dangerous.

AAzri AStayed in this hotel in August 2020. Booked for standard room. Room - Don't expect a 5 star Hotel but it is the best by its standard actually in Lahad Datu. There is small fridge for you to keep your drinks cold. :) Good location as it is in the town center and near to shopping area. They provide free parking. Cleanliness - So so. Cons, 1. My bed sheet not that good. please refer photo attached.

PPengguna TetamuOverall, this is a cheap hotel with middle price range. Rooms rate are between MYR60 to MYR150 per night. No elevator here. You will have to go up by using stairs. For youngsters that is ok but for seniors and old people it will be a little bit hard and and uncomfortable for them especially for senior age people with knee pain and back pain. Reception desk is at ground floor next to the main entrance. Location of this hotel is strategic because it is only 2-4 minutes walk to nearby night market. The Lahad Datu Post Office is next to the hotel building then the market is next to the Lahad Datu Post Office. If you drive a car you can park your car overnight at Post Office parking area which is free. This hotel is located in busy road.
