The room service and laundry were really efficient. Although they have some run down older rooms, there are also large beautiful rooms available with hairdryer and wardrobe. The air conditioner worked well. The breakfast was decent. The downside was no hot water.

The overall service was impeccable, making my stay truly memorable. I highly recommend Hotel One Gulberg Lahore for anyone visiting the city. Their hospitality is exceptional!

We stayed at the Residency for 4 nights this winter. I was impressed by the cleanliness and excellent service of the hotel and would gladly recommend it. Our room, number 202, was large, clean and well proportioned, the heating/ac unit maintained an excellent temperature. There was a balcony but the weather was too cold to go outside. Above all, the service was what made the Residency excel. The staff was amazing and attentive to every detail. When we asked for a pillow change, it was immediately brought to us. In fact, if anything needed attending, they were there right away. We were part of a large wedding group and the staff accommodated our many evenings of chai in the lobby with a smile. Kudos to them for making our stay fun. If there is any improvement that I would recommend, it would be a full-length mirror in the room with brighter room lighting to dress with, a little updated touches and some movie channels for those relaxing evenings ordering room service (we loved the tomato soup). Nonetheless, overall, well done
