the staff, “NICK”’s service was terrible. he showed racist attitude to the Asian. never friendly to the customers.

only the location is good to enjoy north shore side.
SO DISAPPOINTED, and never recommend to the others for this hotel and courtyard and vonvoy company.

Had a wonderful stay. The hotel also gives you welcome gifts! It’s right next to the Polynesian Center which is super convenient!

Can’t believe a $355 per night hotel do not provide housekeeping services every day, what’s even worse is the front desk didn’t clarify that customers have to schedule it if they need it.

The room was not as big as described, but the bedding was comfortable. After watching the performance in the cultural village in the evening, we returned to the room in ten minutes. The next morning, we could go to the beach opposite to take pictures. There were few people on the North Shore Beach, the sand was good, and we could enjoy the whole beach to ourselves. There were no other hotels around, so this one was not very cost-effective. At best, it was about the same level as local hotels of around 1,500. However, it is still recommended to spend a day on the North Shore in your itinerary. It only takes 20 minutes to get to the Gulini Ranch. The beautiful scenery along the way was great!

The room is quite big. Slippers and toothbrushes are not provided. You need to ask the front desk.
