Fabulous as always! We always enjoy our stay. Zoey Duplichain is a fantastic concierge and very attentive to the details. Our special order chocolate cake was fantastic. The water was perfect and the food is delicious. We absolutely loved it and we are going back next week! Can’t say enough about it! We love bills on the beach and Austin is a great server. The beach is great for walking at night and the atmosphere is great. Plenty of things to do and lots to see for everyone. We love golden nugget. The black jack is wonderful and they keep the drinks coming. We are going to celebrate my twins 21st birthday on Monday. I can’t wait it’s going to be absolutely perfect. We’ve ordered a cheesecake from Vic and Anthony’s. I’m sure it will be nothing short of amazing.

Our stay could of been better... The power was out for a few days. the pool, hot tubs, lazy river and swim up bar was closed during that time. Half the restaurants was closed...

Really great place but pricey. They charge a resort fee but can't provide free water in the pool area.

Terrible staff on the ****** floor- cocktail waitresses don't walk around but maybe one every couple hours.. then forget your drink or give it to someone else. So we're paying hundreds of dollars in drinks at the bar while we spend thousands on the tables. Not okay.
Rude bartenders that literally said "id rather be anywhere else" & a different guy on the other side of the ****** working that bar saying "i hate it here" which hearing all the negativity isn't the best vibe while trying to drink and gambe.. just a let down & i advise you to just go to LaBurge.

We stayed in a king suite and it was very nice and clean. Liked the garden tub. Had a nice balcony view of the pool. Would stay again.

I’ve had the opportunity to stay at many ****** properties. The Golden Nugget Lake Charles has a nice selection of food & beverage. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. I found the rooms quiet and comfortable. For my stay the only disappoint was the power interruptions impacting some of the resort amenities.

I have back issues and cannot walk long distances, but everything on property was conveniently located. There was a variety of eating establishments within short walking distance from casinos. Property was clean and ALL areas of staffs were very professional but still personable.

I was coming in just to stay the night before heading to Tx coming from Fl. Me and my sister got here around 2 in the morning and were still greeted delightfully by valet and the front desk. The room I booked they all got filled up, so I was upgraded to a corner suite which was beautiful.I even thought I lost my id at one point in the night , and staff was incredible. Everything was perfect and staff was amazing!!

Great check in service. The corner suite was beautiful but smelled like mildew and cigarette smoke. The refrigerator and one telephone did not work. There was also no room service option for dining. The spa and pool areas were nice.
