They're booking process through travel apps can be a little tricky but otherwise they're all right

When I arrived at the motel I, as well as other motel guests, had to wait for a desk clerk to show up for 15 minutes..No one was in the office. The motel advertised two breakfasts were included in the quoted rate that I prepaid to us.trip.com but there was a sign at the check in office that stated because of covid there was no breakfast. (Covid in August 2022...every other motel has a breakfast and do not use this excuse not to honor the rate that was quoted.) Because of no breakfast I demanded my money back..this is false advertising and us.trip.com is still allowing this false advertising. They refused to return my money. I had no choice but to stay there. This place is a dump. There was no toilet paper in the room.There were no drinking cups in the room. I had to go to the office not once but twice to request these missing items. The room was filthy. It looked as though it had not been dusted in over a month. The floors were sticky to the touch. There was no trash can in the bathroom. The room had a bad odor. The bath tub had mold on the caulking. There was no water pressure in the shower. The coffee maker was missing the tray that holds the coffee pouches and therefore no coffee could be made. How this place is still allowed on the booking site "us.trip.com" is a mystery to me. By this booking site allowing it to still be listed is a real disservice to the traveling public. I will be following up with the proper authorities in the state of Florida to report these false advertising activities.
