Honey Land Hotel Lalibela

The best location in the town, very clean and very helpful service. Some rooms have great view.It is for sure the best option for Lalibela, taking under mind the money you give.

Its a hotel in a most amazing spot in Lalibela. All the views are spectacular. The host is an amazing communicator and you will learn much about the ancient and historical city of Lalibela in Amhara, Ethiopia. I am so glad I too the time to visit.

We stayed two nights here,it was so cheap I didn't really understand at first. Breakfast outside in a sunlit courtyard,copious and tasty. Very helpful manager, At 1200 ETB / 24 USdollars a night for a huge room this was excellent value.

Great family run hotel - they were really helpful all throughout our stay and very kind. Food was great in the restaurant and location was perfect for the churches. Would def recommend to any Lalibela visitors. Great budget option.

We came to Lalibela and stayed at Honey Land hotel. Everything was excellent. Very clean and nice. Excellent view from on top of the mountain overlooking Lalibela. There was no electricity in the town but Honey land had a generator which they ran for the hotel. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant was excellent.

2023年9月に宿泊。 空港からの送迎は200ブル、貸切なら1300ブル。空港から30分から1時間かかります。他に公共交通機関がないので宿泊時に事前に送迎を予約することをお勧めします。 立地は良く、ラリベラの中心の広場から10分程度の徒歩圏内。教会群からも徒歩で10分程度です。丘の上に立っており、客室からの景色もいいです。 客室は清潔です。ややトイレとシャワーに汚れがあります。雨季のため蚊が多かったですが、次の日の清掃から室内にスプレーをして対応してくれました。 アムハラ州内の内戦中のため、州内全域でWiFi使用できず。 地下にレストランが併設されており、エチオピア料理、スパゲッティなどがあります。 オーナーとスタッフはとても親切で、要望にも応えてくれます。 I stayed at this hotel in Sep 2023. It takes 30-60 mins from the airport of Lalibela. Since there is no public transport from the airport, you need to book a lift beforehand. It costs 200 ETB for a shiring, 1300 ETB for a private. Location of the hotel is great, you can walk to central plaza of Lalibela and the rock-hewn churches within 10 mins. Rooms are clean and cozy. There is a restaurant at the basement which serves spaghetties, pennes and Ethiopian dishes. Wi-Fi was not available due to the declaration of Emergency on Amhara region. The owner and the staffs were all kind and helpful. They invited me to their house for branch to celebrate the New years Day together.
