We sincerely apologize for not receiving information about your family's health during your stay. After a day, when your family checked out, we received a phone call from Ms. Huyen informing us about the above incident. We immediately contacted the restaurant department to check and review the food, processing procedures as well as hygiene in the restaurant area. After that, we contacted Ms. Huyen again to ask about your health and apologize to your family and Ms. Huyen informed us that your family's health is fortunately currently stable.With your comments on the restaurant hygiene issue, we would like to provide a little more information. Since the early days of establishment, Lan Rung has always aimed to provide dishes and services according to the best standards and also to bring excellent services to guests. Regarding the food, we always choose food suppliers that meet food safety and hygiene standards, as well as regular inspections and saving food samples. Regarding the restaurant area hygiene, we have daily insect repellent services, however, because the restaurant has an open space, we have not yet fully met all guest needs. During that time, we served nearly 1,000 guests, but we have not received any information about health issues from any other guests. Once again, we hope for your family's sympathy for this incident and we are always willing to listen and will actively search for the root of the problem. We would like to record your guest history and we will arrange and serve more thoughtfully to bring a complete experience to you and your family during your next visit.
