It’s a nicely designed facility with spacious rooms and all amenities. It’s located in a nice, quiet not populated beachfront area. Staffs are very friendly and accommodating. Excellent breakfast with some unique Vietnamese dishes and deserts as well as western style buffet. It offers very relaxing atmosphere. However, there’s almost no foot traffic, no local restaurants.

飯店屬於越南自定義的五星級，服務人員態度可，但售後服務就0分；晚餐自費因此還行；隔日早餐有室內外，但蒼蠅滿桌飛，因此選擇室內用餐，避免蒼蠅干擾； 很不幸的，我們一家四口下痢嚴重，自退房起隔天仍下痢；嚴重懷疑是廚房餐點完成後，放涼冷卻時污染或者廚師人員不淨。 聯絡飯店客服後，仍無任何音訊回覆，有點難接受此價位和其服務。

Ngoại cảnh Resort tuyệt vời cho những bức ảnh thật đẹp. Phòng ở tách biệt có phòng tiếp khách và phòng ngủ rất lịch sự.

깨끗하고 좋은 시설과 직원들의 서비스도 좋았다. 음식도 괜찮은편이다. 다음에 또 찾고 싶은 리조트다. ^^

還可以， 衞生：乾淨

- The time i got to my room was nearly 3pm. I came there slightly early (11am) since it was a 2d1n trip. Came to a big, well known resort with different facilities, I expected more from their service. First, the receptionists are not welcoming. They checked in for us and kept our passports till check out day, which I found a bit odd, especially as its pay in advance. Then they just told me to wait till the room is ready, without a welcome drink or a suggestion as to what I can do while waiting. I had lunch at the ONE AND ONLY restaurant in the resort - Mermaid Restaurant, even though on their website there are around 6 listed places to go. There were 10 staff standing at that restaurant but no one seemed to be helpful. The restaurant was completely empty, we chose the table near the sea, but one staff came and asked if we can move to a smaller table. Both the restart and cafe charged 5% service fee, but the staff are slow and not attentive (waited 20m for drinks) and took ages for us to pay by card. There wasn’t any benches on their private beach or umbrellas. The pool is just 1,4m deepest. - The location is good and bad. It is right next to the beach but you can’t get any taxi yourself. If you wanna go out, have to ask the receptionist to book for you, and the price is not by miles but by your destination point. - Room on the other hand was spacious and clean. One very good thing here is the pool guys clean the pool area all the time so it is very clean, and there was also a beach guard watching for your safety.

Good and comfy stay. My boo and I really enjoy the vibe and atmosphere at this place at the beach. Beautiful resort with surrounding trees and pool. Enjoyed the cocktail on the beany pillow. However, there should be a curtain to cover the sun in the afternoon as our room was facing to the mountain. Nice and friendly staffs to welcome us.

Friendly and profesionally staff, very high standard in maintenance and cleaning. Room and furniture, all so good looking and all worked 100%. The pool area perfect for kids and romantic swim for couples. Pool area very special with the bridges and pool hand in hand. Hotel design influenced by The Romans, and look stylish with the blue colors as contrast.

Nice, somewhat secluded location split by a busy highway. The property is large but there are not sufficient lounge chairs or tables to accommodate the number of guests.
