The rooms are spacious, elegantly decorated, and well-equipped with modern amenities. The large windows provide breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and cityscape. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep after a day of exploration.

這是第5次住這家酒店，第一次是接待方安排，以後就習慣成自然了。越南諒山這地方很落後也沒啥好的酒店。外面吃也很不衞生。 3年前入住總體感覺酒店設施設備還比較好，管理也還OK。不過今年3月和10元兩次入住，覺得酒店管理是退步的。1.3月份房間內空調出風口鋁合金欄柵突然掉落，險些爆頭。2.10月份入住酒店房間的礦泉水從原來兩個標準瓶改成兩個迷你瓶是免費的，再續一瓶50000/瓶（越南幣）。速溶咖啡從原來的2個品種改成了1個單品。3.酒店早餐質量和品種都下降。從3年前的玲琅滿目到當下的稀稀疏疏4.酒店會員沒有任何優越性。

Chuyến đi không được như ý do: - loại phòng chúng tôi đặt (mặc dù đã thanh toán trước đó trên ứng dụng) đã hết. Lễ tân tỏ ra rất ngạc nhiên khi chúng tôi đặt qua ứng dụng Trip và nói không biết đến ứng dụng này??? (Mặc dù n*** sảnh khách sạn có treo bằng khen chứng nhận của Trip) và sau đó đề xuất chúng tôi hủy phòng. Nên khuyến nghị mọi người đặt qua Trip nên gọi điện kiểm tra nếu không muốn rơi vào tình huống như chúng tôi nhé. Rốt cuộc chúng tôi đành chấp nhận ở loại phòng khác so với loại đã đặt. - thời gian trả phòng là 12:00 nhưng đến 11:00 trưa thẻ phòng không sử dụng được để vào phòng - ngoài vẫn đề trên thì phòng và vị trí đều ổn. The stay was unsatisfactory due to following reasons: - Upon checkin, type of room that we booked (though already paid) was sold out. Receptionist seemed surprised learning we booked via Trip and said they were unfamilar with this app??? (Though at the lobby was a big sign granted by Trip) and he suggested that we cancelled the stay. We advise future guests please be cautious and better check by phone with hotel to make sure you are not in the same situation as us. We ended staying in a different type of room. - though checkout time was 12:00, our key card was invalid since 11:00, making us unable to access our room. - besides the above issues, the room and location was quite good.
