Hotelroom, top. Food, top. The will to solve a customer problem is not existing though. The hotel is promoting a partnership with AquArena in Herzogenbuchsee for a special price, but be aware, the offer contains the whole package for CHF 20.- per person (swimming, sauna,…). If you just want to swim with your kids, you can pay CHF 20.- locally for the whole family. This information will not be provided at the hotel desk, so you end up going there with your kids (who definitely not use the spa section), realize how small the swimming area is (as you don’t know upfront as a guest of the hotel, never been there before) and will be charged with CHF 20.- per person at the checkout, getting the information that its too late to fix this now and no will to reimburse the money you way overpayed for something you didn’t consumed. Allthough the management of the hotel tells you they will communicate better in the future, they still leave you with no solution. Makes the whole stay at this hotel leave you with a very bad feeling.

We did stay from Dec 31st, 2022 to Jan 1st, 2023 in two rooms on the third floor. Everything was clean and neat. Modern rooms with enough space and a large bath. Comfortable beds and all well maintained. Check-in and check-out were fast and all service personnel was very very friendly and helpful. On top free entrance to the Formula-1 museum and the large impressive Aquarium on the lower floor with restaurant. There is plenty of parking space too so altogether a great and relaxing stay.
