Apa yang boleh saya katakan... saya sangat berpuas hati! 👍Melancong dengan kanak-kanak dan orang tua, hotel itu sendiri bersih dan kemas, air mandian sangat siram, dan kakitangan perkhidmatan sentiasa berkhidmat dengan senyuman dan bertanya khabar secara proaktif. Ada satu masa tak ada air panas untuk mandi.Selepas menelefon meja depan, petugas penyelenggaraan tiba dengan cepat. Sarapan pagi sangat kaya dan hampir boleh dihidangkan sebagai hidangan...ia masih sangat teratur pada waktu sibuk dan tidak ada giliran. Kami menempah 2 jadual perjalanan dengan hotel untuk lawatan sekitar. Perkhidmatan ini sangat baik dari awal hingga akhir. Penyewaan kereta dan bot untuk 4 orang berjumlah kira-kira 500-600 MYR setiap perjalanan. Saya juga makan di restoran hotel sendiri dua kali. Saya cadangkan stik dengan harga MYR 168, yang sangat bagus! Pada hari Jumaat dan Sabtu, terdapat BBQ tepi laut dengan pemandangan yang indah. Semua jenis makanan laut dan stik berharga MYR 188 bagi setiap kanak-kanak. 10-15 minit berjalan kaki di belakang hotel adalah Pantai Cenang yang meriah, dengan banyak kedai kecil, restoran dan sukan air. Oh ingatkan bawa ubat nyamuk, hotel tak ada tapi nyamuk. Juga, terdapat rak untuk menjemur pakaian di balkoni! Selalu ada angin laut atau matahari yang kuat, dan pakaian yang dibasuh boleh dikeringkan dengan cepat (pakaian yang anda basuh sendiri, tidak ada mesin basuh).

Kakitangan hotel sangat baik, dan lelaki pembersihan juga sangat sopan. Biliknya besar dan selesa untuk keluarga, dan sofa boleh memuatkan dua orang. Kami menempah sarapan termasuk, dan apabila kami tiba di hotel kami diberitahu bahawa makan tengah hari juga disertakan, yang merupakan kejutan yang tidak dijangka. Hotel ini juga mempunyai bas ulang-alik ke pantai berhampiran (bukan cenang).Semuanya sempurna, kecuali air di salah satu bilik tidur dan bilik air tersumbat sedikit.

A lovely friendly boutique hotel in a great location. Its just across the road from the beach , close to restaurants and about 700 metre walk into the town. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The rooms have a bit of a 70's vibe but a good size. My friend and I stayed in a twin share . Snacks were in the room and bottled water . Breakfast was delicious . The owner Peter is very nice and engages with guests. The grounds have a lovely rainforest feel and nice pool.

This is a budget accommodation therefore it attracts families with loud screaming children. The resort is built around a common pool that is basically just a few feet from your room door. Parents let their children out to play and scream early in the morning before 8am. The resort really does need some rules and enforcement here because these Malay families are very inconsiderate to others who stay here. Having said that, you can walk to a nice stretch of beach. The staff are friendly and moved us when the aircon was not working correctly. General rule of thumb, if you don't want to go to a place inundated with families and their noisy brats, pick a place without a pool, rent a car, and drive or walk to the beach.

The best way to describe this hotel is, a 3-star hotel with a 4-5 star resort personality and quality :) While searching online prior to booking, I found that it is 3-star and boutique level (I have learned in the past during my few stays in LGK, 3-star on actual site is often actually 2-star and less) which admittedly, already sealed my expectations but I was banking on it being revamped and newly launched few months ago so worth a check-out. While the front facade is newly painted and looks like a shop lot converted hotel, my oh my, the moment you enter the Reception area, everything is so well designed and nowhere near its first impression - and the Bayou was definitely being sneaky on me with its amazing pool backyard view! Room was great and as aesthetically pleasing as advertised, breakfast was a good spread and staff was superbly friendly. It felt like we were in a resort hotel in spite of its location. Another thing that I enjoy here is the openness of the Lobby area with ample seating areas, separated by flexible sliding glass doors which made the area more spacious than it actually is - the design is very clever. This wild card was definitely worth it!

The King Chalet room has a lot of mosquitoes, probably located near the pond. 2. The toilet floor is sticky. 3. Bad soundproof. It is considerable as it is a budget resort.

Fuuka Villa (Room 106): PROS: 1. Large, very comfortable king bed with plenty of comfortable pillows; 2. Free filtered water refill station at reception/office; 3. Modern, well-maintained community that presents well; 4. Visa credit cards accepted for room payment; 5. Nice outdoor porch with table and two comfortable chairs; 6. Nice, modern, and spacious room and bathroom with pleasant grey-toned theme/accents; 7. Good aircon system; 8. Good, quiet location easily walkable to Pantai Tengah (5 minutes) and Pantai Chenang (20 minutes); 9. Nice, helpful on-site manager who seems genuinely interested in making guests happy; 10. Nice blackout roller shade on primary window; 11. Nice long community pool with comfortable curvy lounge chairs; 12. Plenty of areas within the room to place/store items; 13. Available seating area inside the room with coffee table and two comfortable chairs; 14. Secured safe deposit boxes available within reception office; 15. On-site scooter rentals at office. CONS: 1. Unusable WiFi signal quality for laptops, and the phone WiFi connection works just for basic internet, streaming, and email but is still slow for file transfers. There is a strong 5 GHz WiFi signal in the office that only reaches room 101 but is unavailable at all other rooms (they only have an outdated 2.4 GHz WiFi network extender signal available for everyone else). Their entire WiFi system desperately needs to be updated. People should not stay here if they need to get any work done, unless they can secure access to room 101 which has just 2 twin beds. I ended up buying a mobile data eSim and use the hotspot from my phone to get the laptop internet to work. The manager claims he will be working to resolve the issue and upgrade the WiFi access-points network to a new 5 GHz system; 2. Multiple flies lying on bed upon check-in, but the manager was able to provide a fly swatter and bug spray to resolve the issue promptly; 3. No shade on the room’s rear window illuminates the room with sunlight each morning, forcing an early rise. If you like to sleep in, this will be a problem for you; 4. The room’s front windows facing the community walkway are not tinted for room privacy, so anyone from outside can see inside your room; 5. The pool deck is just grass and dirt. Management should upgrade the pool desk to tile or at least AstroTurf; 6. No secured/bolted safe deposit box within the room; 7. No universal/travel power points; 8. No desk/workstation in room; 9. No bar/rod to hang hand towel near bathroom sink; 10. No AMEX payments accepted; 11. Entry door needs doorsweep and weather*****ping to help keep bugs out and better retain aircon; 12. Small yellow strain on bed comforter; 13. No alcohol allowed in room.

White Lodge Chalet is an underrrated gem smack in the middle of the popular beach area. We got a really good rate on an OTA, and were pleasantly surprised when we arrived of the great deal it turned out to be. Our room was fairly spacious and there is an inviting pool in the middle of the lovely compound. There is a hot and cold drinking water dispenser, and our room had a fridge, kettle, tv and coffee/tea. The location is another big draw. It’s in the middle of the key beach stretch, smacked between Cenang and Tenang beaches so both are within easy stroll. Within 5min stroll you are at the Aquarium and behind that, the start of Cenang beach, and we never found a need to drive. Plenty of good eateries and supermarkets are nearby as well that operate late into the night. There is a good roti canai store for breakfast a mere 2min’s walk away, and McDonald’s less than 5min away. The folk running the motel are also friendly and helpful. When we asked to add a bed, the attention was immediate and the staff even refused a tip! We also booked our island hopping tour through them and the prices were reasonable. They also service the room daily although they did not replenish our coffee/tea and water. There are a couple of things we found lacking however. One is that the wifi is pretty unreliable. Sometimes it cannot access certain websites, other times it’s disconnected to internet altogether. A tourist SIM card is really cheap in Malaysia however. Another is that the doors were not well aligned, so opening and closing takes some brute force and creates a fair bit of noise at night. We read some complain about the shower being above the toilet, which isn’t really the case (though they are near). The shower position never bothered us. The new hotel extension is already completed (so no more issues with construction noise and dust) although it’s not yet open. Overall there is really little reason not to like this place. We got a good bang for the buck, and everyone including the kids enjoyed the 3-day stay. Highly recommended for those who don’t want to burn a hole in their wallet.

Прекрасный, чистый вариант размещения, всё новенькое, приятное. Всё работало в номере, кондиционер удачно расположен. Выход напрямую к морю огромный плюс, вход как по домофону, есть душ на улице, чтобы смыть грязь после моря, да да, море очень грязное, но это к отелю не относится. Хорошее место расположения, рядом с ченангом, с ченангом моллом и рынком уличной вечерней еды. Бесплатная вода в 1.5 литровых бутылках.
