Ulasan Rebungan Resort Langkawi

The hotel was very nice and the rooms are huge! The aircon and wifi are working well considering the remote area for Langkawi. However, a little more maintenance would definitely benefit directly the hotel. The pool is also very nice and you can park your rental under a roof, useful for scooter users when it rains!

The rooms are a bit dated, but the beds and pillows are incredibly comfortable – you sleep like you're on a cloud. There are peacocks on the hotel grounds, so you fall asleep and wake up to their 'meowing' sounds. The hotel is in a secluded location, with nothing but jungle around, which is incredibly relaxing. It's perfect for a peaceful getaway, far from everything. The only thing I'd suggest improving is getting a bigger fridge, as the current one is a bit too small.

Clean and comfortable, thanks to daily housekeeping. The room was spacious enough for two people. The location is good, right in the middle of everything. Five stars!

The hotel is located in the center of the island. It's a 10 to 25-minute drive to any beach, so you definitely need a car or motorbike to stay here. There are hardly any people around. The 'bird park' is just a cage with 5 peacocks. We didn't even bother using the pool, just in case, after seeing the filth in the rooms. The hotel itself isn't new, but for the price, that's only half the problem. The main issue is the dirt and dust. And the worst part is, it's not just on every surface in the rooms – the blinds, baseboards, shelves, etc. – but also in the air conditioners, and in completely unsanitary amounts. Everything smells when they're running, the AC units can't be adjusted, they're noisy, and probably 30 years old. You'd want to call in a health inspector to get the hotel shut down until these issues are resolved. It's a disgrace.

This is a really, really great hotel. I was planning to stay in Langkawi for a month and had driven around checking out hotels one by one before settling on this one. The staff at the front desk, both the ladies and gentlemen, were incredibly helpful. Even the cleaning staff would enthusiastically gesture to recommend fun places to visit. The room was very clean, and the swimming pool was perfectly usable for swimming. I say this because I encountered some abnormal pools at other hotels, where you could literally dive and hit the opposite wall! This is my honest review.

The resort is beautiful but owner need to improve on maintenance. A bit far from tourist attractions.

We love Rebungan Hotel. We will come again. Serenity comea when you trade expectations for acceptance. Hotel hygiene standards must be improved please.

Love the swimming pool. Tenang tanpa ada gangguan. Bilik bersih. Breakfast was good. Tak ramai sangat waktu tu.

The hotel is located next to the mountains, offering peace and atmosphere. A downside is that it's near a road, but the noise isn't too bad. The pool is clean, but the housekeeping was terrible. Instead of changing the sheets, they just flipped them over.

It’s really nice location, the pool is chill too. You do need a car however but aside from that it’s very cool place.

The location is convenient to go to Tanjung Rhu beach only 5mins and the breakfast is good and tasty will repeat again ,the room so spacious but the aircond quite old need to be maintained.

Nice location, and clean rooms, but they have frog pound next to the pools so there are many frongs that can get ready loud at night. Staff is ok. We had Geckos every night in our room. So if you are not a nature person this is not the place for you. Wifi also didn't work (very slow) so have you Sim data ready.

Some of the facilities need upkeeps/repairs/replacement eg my bed make noise whenever i moved 😃. Carpets need to be replaced and other activities - pool tables, chessboard basketball court would be nice beside the swimming pool
