Ambong Pool Villas - Private Pool

I had a wonderful time at the villa. Great attention to details and even offered us a chocolate cake. The restaurant could be more premium and luxury though.

Prior to making a booking, I'd contacted Ambong reservation team with regards to my father, who need assistance walking. The team was swift with their replies and helpful in recommending us the most suitable pool villa for the elderly. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly by the front desk receptionist, Shifa. We had our late lunch at Rimba Restaurant, food was deliciously authentic and portion generous. Restaurant service was amazing as well. Booked a total of 3 pool villas for 6 adults and two, under 12 years old, children. We couldn't ask for a better view of the sea, it was amazing. The peacefulness of the resort rejuvenated and calmed our souls. In fact, we could just spend the whole day in the villa room itself, with the kids playing in the pool and adults chatting & snacking by the deck. The Buluh Tebing Farm Tour and Cooking Class was a good family bonding session, though the cook in the family was complaining about cooking during a vacation. Ha! Not forgetting, service of the staffs in the resort was top-notch. They were very attentive and warm. A big thank you to Nizal, the resort's driver who never failed to send my father up/down the slope, so he doesn't have to make extra effort walking. Also to Rimba Restaurant's Shahidan, chats with him brought us lots of joy. He was extremely friendly and always there to make sure we were all well fed and enjoying our time in Rimba. All in all, it had been a memorable trip for my family and I. We love to return again. Kudos, Ambong Pool Villas!

The place was quiet luxury, beautiful, and amazing. The view was charming the amenities was good . The place is very big and perfect for couple. For the staff people here are amaaaaaaaazing and very kind helpful and cooperative. The experience worth every cent paid. I would like to make it again and again. Our villa Kemarong the sunrise one. Only one thing keep in mind you can see some visitors in the outside monkeys Some dragon fly during the sunny time.

It is a magical place with everything you need to relax and enjoy. All facilities are up to bar and the staff made our experience ten times better. Shifa, Nizar and Lee and the rest of the staff were amazing and nothing was a big ask for them. Everything is thought about and you find the answer before you even ask. The views are magical and good luck trying to get out of the pool. Also food was amazing.

Had a great stay here with my friends, the staff were all so lovely and accommodating, especially Shifa and Lee. They had good options for breakfast and had a vegan restaurant on-site too. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat.
