Excellent hotel! Right on the beachfront. We had a premier family room with a small balcony overlooking the sea. Housekeeping every day. They let us check in early for free. Breakfasts were decent.

The room was incredibly spacious. Shopping nearby was super convenient, and the beach was right outside the hotel, which the kids absolutely loved. Highly recommend!

It's pretty good overall, though the design style is a bit generic and the breakfast wasn't great. The pool gets a perfect score 💯, and it's right next to the beach, which is fantastic!

The hotel was on the main strip and in a great location. The room was big and comfortable. The pool was amazing and there was always somewhere to put your belongings. Being right on the beach was amazing. I could not fault this hotel.

Stayed here with our adult kids and we’d definitely come back. The biggest selling point is the location. You’re literally a few steps from the beach and surrounded by restaurants, duty-free shops, souvenir stores and just about every tourist activity you could want. Grab cars are always waiting nearby too, so we never waited more than a minute or two. The staff were fantastic. Everyone was friendly, helpful and always happy to assist. Our air conditioner stopped working one night and they moved us to another room just a few doors away straight away. It was handled without any fuss. If breakfast is included in your booking, I’d recommend it. Most of the cafés and restaurants along the strip don’t seem to open until around 10am, so having breakfast at the resort is really convenient and saves you having to hunt around first thing in the morning. Just remember this is a 2-star resort. If you’re expecting luxury, you’ll probably be disappointed. If you’re after a clean, comfortable and affordable place in a brilliant location, it’s hard to fault. We were only really in our room to shower and sleep because there is so much to do around Langkawi. One funny thing. The bathroom is basically one big wet area, so don’t leave your clothes or toiletries on the floor unless you want them soaked! Could we have spent more and stayed somewhere fancier? Absolutely. But for the location, price and friendly service, this place delivered exactly what we were after. We’d happily stay here again.

Good location in Cenang. By the beach. With pool, suitable for kids. Troublesome with check in policy of RM100 cash deposit for keycard. No option pay by card or bank transfer. Bedsheet with yellow stains. Room may needs some refurbishing, on toilet fitting. Breakfast buffet good selection.

The hotel room is near the beach and swimming pool my daughters are really enjoying it. However, the hair dryers are limited—you have to borrow one from the reception, and when we went, they were all fully borrowed. Also, there is no water dispenser in the hotel.
