We did explain this at the time, and we truly regret that our technician couldn’t attend immediately.As mentioned, there are 2 air-cond units in the living room, and only one was affected. To ensure your comfort, we provided an extra access card so the electricity could remain on and the working unit could run continuously throughout your stay.We truly appreciate your understanding and patience, and we’ll make sure the faulty unit is fully repaired to avoid similar issues in the future.
