Reception called in advance to provide direction of the hotel, although it’s not needed as hotel is wasy to find in Langzhong Old town. Hotel is clean with courtyard, library and tea area. Beds are comfortable, rooms are warm and cozy. The people at the reception are very friendly and helpful.

I loved staying here and wish I could have stayed longer. The hotel is very nicely designed, has all the modern comforts, yet gives you the feeling of staying in a historic courtyard house. There are many spaces to explore, the house has a lot of history and the hotel feels very peaceful and relaxing. Staff is incredibly friendly, spoke well English and offered easy communication via WeChat as well. It was very easy to stay here as a foreigner. They have a good system to carry your luggage in a small cart through the old town (as cars are not allowed), so there is no need to worry about that. They also offered a free train station drop-off. Breakfast was delicious and Langzhong is very much worth visiting, a beautiful lively old town during the day and at night when old lanterns illuminate the town. Would highly recommend staying here!

民宿環境很好，房間很乾凈牙刷、洗臉巾、馬桶墊都有一次性的，床上用品都是新換的，提前約了接送服務，還提前幫我們開了空調，早餐很豐富，很貼心的給我規劃了景點位置，民宿大廳有很多吃的，都是隨便吃的，第二晚怕我們住的不舒服還給我們換了房間，老闆一家人都很熱情有問題都幫我們解決了

來到閬中古城入住蒲氏宅第客棧是最大的亮點，客棧是一座古院落，四百多年歷史，大宅還保留着原貌，現在是蒲氏第九代經營。大宅與古鎮其他院落不同之處是罕見的倒進式古院落，所以一進門就感很神祕，在院中喝茶聞着桂花香，看桂花掉落滿地，很愜意。客棧的朱姐姐非常熱情，提前打電話問什麼時候到，之後到古鎮入口處接我們，幫着拿行李，還介紹我們遊玩攻略和美食，感覺像是走親戚，在我們臨行前朱姐姐和李姐姐又提着提行李一直送到古鎮入口處，閬中有了兩位姐姐的熱情接待行程很完美。

衞生：還不錯，畢竟是古色古香的民宿，院落有花草樹木，不可避免有蚊蟲，但這正是人與自然和諧相處的體現。
環境：環境清幽，古色古香，每一個小小院落都非常漂亮。地理位置相當優越，跟前就是張飛廟和文廟，西門美食大廣場。吃喝玩樂，一應俱全。
服務：服務相當熱情，每一個人都超級好。從老闆到前台到廚師阿姨，小傢伙睡的晚，還特意給留了早餐，手工包子也很可口，家常的味道。
會提前聯繫返程時間，給我們安排車輛送站。
染布體驗:很有意思，適合帶孩子玩，老師講的也很細緻，小傢伙第一次體驗，也收穫滿滿。
歡迎水果拼盤:高温酷暑，我們回來的很晚，都快11點了，但是冰箱裏給我們留的還有冰鎮西瓜，非常貼心。
精美下午茶:做扎染體驗時，老闆也準備了獼猴桃，月餅，花茶等，小憩時也有不錯體驗。
時間匆匆，雖然衹住一天，但是很留戀。
感謝民宿的每一位工作人員，祝大家萬事順心順意。

在網上看了很多家酒店評論後才選擇的這家酒店，開了一整天車的我拖着疲憊的身軀抵達酒店前台辦理入住，一進入大廳前台的工作人員笑容滿臉的迎上來幫我拿行李，又是熱薑茶又是熱毛巾對於疲倦的我真的是及時雨，到房間後沒多久便接到了酒店前台的電話詢問入住感受的電話，得知我沿途開車疲憊時告知會有一份特別的晚間驚喜送達，幾分鐘後門鈴響起，客房工作人員小李帶着一個精緻的泡腳桶和幾瓶當地特產的醋泡腳走進房間，微笑着説：“先生，您辛苦了，這是我們酒店為您準備的泡腳桶和醋泡腳，希望能幫您緩解一天的疲勞，睡個好覺。”當時的我又驚又喜，原本旅途而緊綳的神經一下子放鬆了許多。哪知小李還貼心的帶來燒好的熱水，她將特產醋放入桶中再加上熱氣騰騰的水告知我可以直接使用，瞬間，一股暖流從腳底傳遍全身，一天的疲憊似乎也隨着這股暖意漸漸消散。第二天退房的時候去開車時發現一位不知名的工作人員正在幫我洗車，早晨的天氣寒風刺骨，在這麼惡劣的天氣下這位工作人員不懼嚴寒還一點一點用抹布反覆擦拭，車身、輪轂和車窗每一處細節都擦洗的乾乾淨淨，儘管雙手工作人員的雙手被凍得通紅，鞋子也濕透了，但他們沒有絲毫抱怨，把我本滿是灰塵的車身擦的發亮。
這次意外的泡腳和洗車服務，讓我感受到了酒店無微不至的關懷，酒店工作人員通過這樣一個簡單卻用心的舉動及暖心服務，讓我在寒夜中感受到了家的温暖，如同冬日裏的暖陽，照亮了入住客人的心，也照亮了酒店的服務品牌之路。

We got lots tips where to eat, she booked us a wonderful dancing/singing show and helped us with transportation. The room was very clean, AC worked well. SSteve HKWhat an incredible stay! I booked it as it looked lovely in the pictures (and it does look lovely in real life) - but what I missed was the scale and size of the place.
It's connected to the Jinyuan Zhangfei International Hotel - the grounds are stunning, with beautiful pools of carp and goldfish, all connected by corridors, with views of curated beautiful foliage. The lobby of the main hotel is stunning also with vistas out to the river. There are lots of other facilities - such as a comfortable lounge bar, even a grocery store (!), a gym/pool (we only had so much time to explore, as it was so huge!).
Our room turned out to be a type of suite with our own entrance hallway, pools, reception rooms. There was at least one other room, but we didn't see any guests there, so it felt like it all belonged to us!
The room itself was spacious, quiet and really comfortable.
Breakfast was buffet style and pretty extensive. We arrived just before closing - and it wasn't that busy. Not sure about earlier!
Staff were lovely and helpful. Would DEFINITELY go back!
(The hotel is located right beside the old town, with easy access to the old town of Langzhong. Great to walk around there at night when it gets less busy).

Hiding peacefully in Langzhong ancient town, the hotel is so beautiful with modern and functional design under the ancient old-style roof. The hotel is quiet and peaceful in a small alley while it is just a few walks to the main tower. Apart from super friendly and helpful, the owner designed and constructed the hotel by himself while his wife manages excellent in-house services. Last but not least, the hotel is spot less. We feel warm like home and very happy. This is probably the best ever hotel we have stayed in China, so far.

Hotel is like a small museum inside and outside, this is very beautiful hotel. Room was decorated in ancient style and looks very very very beautiful. Hotel located in the Old Town if Langzhong, so it makes walking to any scenic spot or museum pretty quick. Owner was very helpful with giving advices regarding things around.
That was one of the most romantic and beautiful hotels I've stayed before.

PPengguna Tetamu房間確實太小了，好在管家服務周到，早餐簡單清淡可口，環境通過在閬中的兩天溜達觀察，感覺數一數二，喜歡拍照的，隨便一個角落一拍都好看！位置優越，鬧中取靜，出門幾分鐘就到主街，去哪個景點都近，公區可以靜靜的看書，可以悠閑的喝茶。連住兩天，每天漫無目的的走街穿巷，體驗閬中的慢節奏，感覺很愜意。

SSydbNice hotel, check in process took a rather long time though, not ideal after a long days travel. Once checked in the hotel had some great children’s activities e.g crafts, reading, cinema room & go karting, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself is a 20/30min walk away from the old town along the bridge. The hotel sits nicely across the road from the huge white pagoda which overseas the whole of Langzhong and the Jialing River.

PPengguna Tetamu住了忘了評論了，前台小妹妹服務特別好，問什麼都沒有不耐煩的樣子，都是很細心的解答我的問題，看着外面裝修是那種舊舊的，但是裏面的東西是重新裝修過的，挺舒服的，閬中嘛，古城，可以住住這種中式裝修風格的酒店，別有一番風味。對了，酒店還有一個3A景區，早上有講解，晚上還有泡腳，早餐品種也挺豐富多樣的，總而言之，這次旅行體驗很滿意。

LLalala361環境：民宿的位置離停車場不算遠，所在的街道也比較安靜，院子整體感覺很舒服，第一印象很好
服務：老闆很熱情，説話也很温柔
設施：硬件設施讓人挺失望，首先我定的親子房，房間在四層，沒有電梯，親子旅行行李多房間安排在最高層不太合理，入住和退房都是我們一點點把行李挪上挪下。其次，親子房的裡間窗户把手是壞的，窗户能關上但有個縫，這個季節晚上還是有些冷的。然後衞生間排風是壞的，淋浴水壓小，水熱的非常慢。
這個體驗再加上春節的價格，800多一晚，的確有些不合適了。
