We stay at this Hyatt regularly when visiting Michigan State University. The staff is professional, including the breakfast staff who keep the breakfast items fresh and the area clean. This is a newer hotel and the rooms are always clean. There is ample free parking. There are several walkable places nearby to eat which is very convienant.

This hotel is great .. great location . Nice common areas and activities . The rooms are very nice and hotel staff is amazing.

This is an okay Courtyard but needs some attention. We were given rooms just off the second floor just off the restaurant and were directed the fastest route to the room. But we weren’t told that the room was located on the complete opposite side of the property from the elevator, meaning that we had a good hike ahead of us since the property is U-shaped on the second floor. Also, breakfast was good but the dining room tables were all dirty although the room was not crowded.
