Hotel berhampiran CPC Student Affairs Department of Northwest Normal University Committee, Lanzhou

衞生條件相當優秀的新酒店，管家為我們免費升級了房間，空調電視和冷氣扇在二層，非常涼爽。蘭州的晝夜温差也大，基本不用製冷設備也感覺非常清爽。酒店細節很到位，全屋智能中控，一層還有一台麻將機，行程不緊張的時候，完全不會感覺空虛。冰箱、熱水器，烤箱、空調…所見電器全部是全新的。 雖然酒店很新，但沒有新裝修的氣味，非常滿意的一次居住體驗。 酒店樓下各種餐飲超市，喧囂中有一份寧靜。

前台很熱情沒啥可説的，想了解的很多吃喝出行問題，知無不言的耐心講解。 外面就是商業街，吃喝玩樂很方便，離地鐵站也就5分鐘步行路程。 就是有一個，我們住的房間剛好是在商業街內部街道邊，為了晚上商業街的整體燈光效果，窗户外面有個射燈，窗簾雖然關上了，但是還是有些光，如果敏感些的人可能會有些許不舒服。再就是馬桶蓋加熱關不了，可以改進。 酒店內部造型挺漂亮的，喜歡拍照的人應該很喜歡，房間裏設施也沒有求同，挺別緻。 距離西站打車不到10分鐘，方便。 總體孩子大人都挺滿意。

I stayed one night in the hotel. The hotel located in the heart of one of the old street in Lanzhou. It’s very convenient to use subway or didi around. Hotel is very close to Lanzhou West Train Station. Thanks for the smooth check in and helping me where to explore and eat famous foods. My room view and entrance of the hotel as attached.

Very modern, clean and functional hotel. Best advantage is that it is within walking distance to the Lanzhou West train station. Great location to be based from with easy access to all the nice tourist attractions. The staff also very welcoming and responsive. Would stay here again if I come back to Lanzhou

Love the room design and grateful for the free treats. The location is around 10mins walk to the lanzhou west train station, however during my stay there, part of the road was under construction, so it wasn't the most easiest to get around especially when the round overhead bridge only had stairs. Nearby there are lots of malls and place to eat. For the room itself, despite the cosy ambience, it rirks of smoke smell especially on my first day. At night, it's even worst as the air filter started leaking more cigarettes stench into my room. There is also no hairdryer provided. And what happened to the mountain view room I was supposed to have? The view outside is just the road and some dirty cityscapes. I was so looking forward to that 🫤. I was also locked out of my room after the first night, and luckily one of the cleaner helped me unlock my room and save me from making another trip down to the receptionist. Overall I will still recommend a stay.

這次來蘭州想來評論一下住的酒店， 位於蘭州老街附近， 吃飯購物都是非常方便的因為趕了一天的路很累了到酒店也十點多了又拿了很多行李到酒店門口工作人員看到也是快速的幫我們拉行李有行李推車保安大叔帶我老公去停車我們去辦理入住進入大廳就給人一種找到歸宿的感覺[偷笑]工作人員辦理入住非常快熱心的小姐姐知道我們是出來遊玩的貼心的介紹了蘭州的特色美食以及景點（其實我們也都提前瞭解好了）不過服務很到位的!第二天出來玩了回來時客房大姐已經把房間衞生打掃好了還多幫我們洗了衣服。樓層內的清潔阿姨也會主動問好。 停車是免費的，對狗子也很友好，對啦，退房的時候前台還贈送了蘭州特產三泡台總之就是非常好住的酒店，面巾、浴巾都是一次性的[呲牙][呲牙]

設施：很新，智能化程度高，房間設施聲控，坐便自動沖水，送物機器人服務。 衞生：乾淨整潔，無異味。床品，洗浴用品很新。 環境：酒店內環境温馨。酒店外對面是大型商場和永輝連鎖超市，十分方便。有免費停車場。 服務：服務熱情周到。免費升級了房型。特別需要感謝的是，因為行程匆忙，一個指夾式血氧儀遺忘在房間裏，酒店主動聯繫並給郵寄歸還。

這次入住格林東方酒店體驗良好。位置佳，交通便利，周邊配套全。房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全且好用，床很舒適。服務熱情周到，前台和客房服務都很棒。餐飲也不錯。雖有小不足但不影響，性價比高，值得推薦，會考慮再次入住。

It‘s a super-clean hotel with modern (and I thought very tastefully designed) rooms overlooking the yellow river. There‘re no options to go out right at the hospital, but if you‘re willing to take a walk (or a short taxi-ride) you‘ll have lots of options. Train station 15 minutes by Didi in the morning. Downside for international travellers: It‘s all in Chinese, even the light-scenarios cannot be identified easily, the staff didn‘t speak a word of English. It‘s made up for with friendliness and online-translators.

第一個問題：不敢相信整個酒店衹有一個電梯，當天遇到電梯維修，結果跑樓梯跑到崩潰！（我的兩個大行李箱前台小哥抬到六樓）我家小朋友兩歲不到，全靠大人抱上樓！ 第二個問題：酒店大堂辦理入住衹有一個櫃枱，所以住客多的情況下，一個怎麼夠用？櫃枱上還有一個自助入住的機器結果被告知不能用，到最後都是衹能靠一個櫃枱辦理入住！ 第三個問題：酒店門口有圍欄，出租車下車不能立馬進入酒店，必須在後麪一點的路口下車步行至酒店，帶小孩且行李多的不推薦，每次出門打車也都要步行至路口。 第四個問題：當天我提出要自願加錢更換更大更好的房型，所以參考了攜程的圖片，隨後被告知，圖片和真正的房間不一樣，是因為還沒及時更新房型圖片。 作為一個專業的酒店品牌，以上幾點都令人非常失望！ 不給差評是因為不希望被打擾。
