前台服務，衞生服務都不錯！周邊環境也適合生活，出行。門口就是蘭州大學地鐵站。酒店以蘭州城市之名命名，建成於1956年，年代氣息較重，設施略微陳舊！

酒店整體不錯，環境較好，比較安靜，沒有很大的嘈音，位於地鐵一號線旁邊，出行很是便捷，以後會再入住的哦。

酒店設施陳舊，沒有三人間，臨時加了一張單人床，房間塵土瀰漫，嗆鼻，被子更噁心，沒有床頭燈，實在是差的太離譜，連個小桌子沒有，把我的行李箱當枱燈桌

缺點
1、房間隔音不好，過道有人經過和隔壁大聲説話都聽的到
2、早餐不吸引人。定的房間是沒有早餐的，所以打算直接去餐廳加一份早餐，到了餐廳看了一圈後，發現菜品確實很一般，也沒有面檔，選擇離店到外面找吃的。
3、熱水比較慢
優點
1、地理位置很好，旁邊有條街很多餐館
2、酒店內綠化很好
3、剛入住，客房大姐就送來了酸奶，贊👍

非常有歷史厚重感的酒店，到了晚上就會知道這裡有多香，隔音超級好！國家領導人的下榻之處，豈是快捷酒店能相提並論～雖然設施有些老，但衞生打掃的很乾凈，每天有免費的水和酸奶，出了後門是磨溝沿牛肉麪人超多，正門左邊就是地鐵口，去火車站3站，去張掖路步行街3站，去中山鐵橋5站，五月二號三號住了兩晚，攜程提前訂的一共637元，價格也超香！強烈推薦！

住過最摳門的酒店，沒有之一。訂的標間，2晚。
1. 一大早起來洗漱，發現香皂盒裡還是前一天的半塊香皂。
2. 前一天用完了一瓶沐浴露，第二天也沒補，絕了。
3. 兩塊擦手巾，用掉一塊，衹剩另一塊，並沒有補貨。
4. 前一天用過的防滑墊，也沒補。洗完澡出來地上一大片水。
5. 房間沒抽紙，還得去廁所拿，絕了。
6. 外賣不讓進房間，得自己去門衞取，還不是酒店大堂，絕了。
7. 自拍桿盒子放酒店，第二天也不見了，裡邊有塊電池，無語。
好歹是個老牌酒店了，能理解設施比較陳舊，但真的上點心吧，體驗感真的極差。

相當滿意，酒店有很多優點。
地理位置優越，在市中心的位置，距離西邊的省博，西關十字三四站地鐵；距離東邊的敦煌藝術館，讀者博物館不遠；距離南邊的蘭山也不遠。
房間安靜、寬敞，採光極好，房間內各種設施齊全，裝修風格大氣典雅，體現了老牌國營飯店的水準。
價格實惠，絕對是物有所值。
