Ulasan Hyatt Regency Lanzhou

The hotel has a super view and it’s in a wonderful location for seeing Lanzhou and the famous yellow river. The breakfast is amazing and has brilliant Lanzhou Beef Noodles!

The main draw of this hotel is the location and leisure facilities. If you like to keep fit or need to get fit - then this is a perfect hotel for that - as you can integrate it into your trip whether it be for business or holiday. The pool and gym are the most impressive facilities I’ve come across in a hotel. If you can’t swim I’m sure there are lessons available which would be a great thing to do no matter the purpose of your trip. Thought the room was comfortable enough but I suppose if you weren’t using the hotel facilities you may feel it’s overpriced - we didn’t think this because we used the excellent pool and gym. We had a couple of cocktails in the lounge bar that were excellent and the service in the hotel was very attentive.

We took the suite for our vacation in Lanzhou with my wife. The room was spacious and clean. The view on the river is amazing. I recommend this hotel 👍

The view from the room was excellent. The room size and location were fantastic. It was within walking distance to the waterwheel park. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The only downside during my stay was that although the room was supposed to be non-smoking but somehow the hotel and the room had a smoke smell. We didn't get to use the pool and gym. Nonetheless, we had an enjoyable stay and will definitely recommend the hotel to others visiting Lanzhou.

The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. The accommodations are well-maintained and provide a cozy, restful environment for a pleasant stay.

Impeccable swimming pool and sport facilities. The hotel location is excellent for business and leisure.

An international level 5-star hotel with impeccable service. The bed was so soft and comfy, the large tub was perfect to soak in, the room was spacious and very clean, and the view gorgeous! English is widely spoken and the staff were very professional, welcoming, helpful, and presentable. The gym and pool are also international 5-star hotel quality too. Just perfect!! So good, I would have stayed longer if I didn’t have to fly out the next day, highly recommend!

I originally intended to stay 2 nights at Hyatt, but ended up extending my stay for 2 more nights because of the excellent service & the amazing view from my room. I switched rooms twice, because other customers secretly smoked in their rooms and the 2nd hand smoke infiltrated into mine, even though the hotel has a strict policy of no smoking. The staff and especially Owen, the front desk manager, was especially accommodating. He made every effort to see to my comfort during my stay, even upgrading my room and offering two free breakfasts because of the smoking issue. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel in Lanzhou - the service & room & pool & gym & food (the Lanzhou beef noodles) are excellent!

It was pretty good. Breakfast time was chaos with kids running everywhere, same with the swimming pool. The blind in our room was faulty and they sorted it out quickly.

特別感恩凱悦的服務，旅行中腰不舒服，就偷懶沒有讓人打掃房間，掛了免打擾一天，結果酒店服務人員熱情的打電話詢問我情況，不好意思讓工作人員擔心了，第二天服務人員過來把床墊子給我反了一個麪，讓我用硬麪對腰好，熱心體貼的服務特別感恩，但是還是要提個建議就是馬桶按鈕對我們美甲長指甲女士不友好，自己找了解決辦法，不過也和酒店方提了我的解決建議，還要多説一下，在蘭州的幾天幾乎所有的用餐都是在酒店吃的，酒店的自助餐應該説是西北頂級了，特別豐富特別新鮮，值得入住的好酒店，景色一流窗外就是黃河
