I had excellent experience with this hotel. Its staff is very kind and friendly. One staff member even helped us do the laundry and deliver the dried clothes to our room. I have never seen such service at any other hotels. If I revisit Lanzhou, I would choose this hotel again.

As soon as I entered the hotel, the beautiful waitresses received us warmly with smiles on their faces, making us feel as warm and friendly as at home. Although the room is not big, it is very warm, clean and tidy. The biggest point of the hotel is that it is very close to the pedestrian street and snack street. The surrounding area is very prosperous and the breakfast is also very exquisite. Thank you to the beautiful girl at the front desk for her enthusiastic, warm and friendly service. The hotel is in a great location, opposite the Gansu Provincial Government and very close to the pedestrian street. The front desk lady was very nice and helped me upgrade to a quiet room. I have stayed at Hilton hotels many times along the way, and this brand is trustworthy.
