Hotel 5 Bintang Terbaik di Lanzhou

The main draw of this hotel is the location and leisure facilities. If you like to keep fit or need to get fit - then this is a perfect hotel for that - as you can integrate it into your trip whether it be for business or holiday. The pool and gym are the most impressive facilities I’ve come across in a hotel. If you can’t swim I’m sure there are lessons available which would be a great thing to do no matter the purpose of your trip. Thought the room was comfortable enough but I suppose if you weren’t using the hotel facilities you may feel it’s overpriced - we didn’t think this because we used the excellent pool and gym. We had a couple of cocktails in the lounge bar that were excellent and the service in the hotel was very attentive.

First visit to Lanzhou and while I enjoyed the city - the hotel was far overpriced (Double Room - Executive Floor). Paying ”Shanghai” prices in Lanzhou in Winter just seems crazy. For the price, I was expecting a 5-star experience, which it wasn't. The executive lounge was comfortable, but not well stocked with drinks or snacks. The main lobby has some kind of 'perfume' or fragrance in the air, which was unpleasant. The guest room was excessively warm, even with the windows open. HIGH POINT - Breakfast Buffet was outstanding. And the breakfast staff excellent. Housekeeping staff also very friendly, and helpful.

The Chinese restaurant that serves Huaiyang cuisine is very good. The hotel is in traditional Chinese style, very elegant and staff are friendly. If you live on the side next to the High School, it could be noisy in the morning.

The hotel is well located in the tourist area, easily catching a taxi and bus to get around. It has a grand lounge area. The breakfast is excellent as western continental breakfast with coffee (expresso) and Chinese food are provided. Reception staff are helpful especially the young lady manager. We are old couple enjoying our stay in this hotel for 4 nights.

Centrally located hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. The hotel is very clean. I enjoyed a healthy breakfast with plenty of options. I enjoyed my stay. Thank you.

We had a amazing stay. Lovely beds, shower and the food for breakfast was delicious and had such variation! The staff were incredibly helpful. Li Wenqiao was particularly superb!! He went out of his way to help us we any questions and needs we had during our stay (often before we even had the chance to ask!). This included sorting us out car hires in Lanzhou and beyond. Despite the language barrier he made a sincere effort to make us feel welcome and check we understood everything we needed to know. Wang Naipeng was also amazingly helpful! Coming to the rescue when we ordered takeout to completely the wrong place 😂 We wish were returning to Lanzhou again soon, so we could stay in the hotel again! :)

以後來蘭州就住這家酒店，我們入住過兩次了，附近有寶寶遊樂園，很適合帶小朋友來玩，因雙休沒有訂到火爆的親子房，酒店貼心的為小孩準備了洗漱用品和拖鞋，服務非常棒。

優點： 1.房間很大。 2.碰到工作人員做衞生，證實布草確實一客一換！ 3.距離商場、美食街、機場都很近。 4.服務nice。 缺點： 大廳和房間都不禁煙。 P.S. 8:00的時候早餐比較豐盛，味道也在平均水平以上。有特產的籽瓜和酸奶！拉麪也是現做的，但蘭州拉麪幾乎不含牛肉，牛牛僅受皮外傷。

Nice hotel next to Tuanjie Xincun Metro Station Line 2, but not up to 5star level. We stayed for 3 nights, as I had prepaid. No English spoken either at the front desk or breakfast cafe. Room was on the 26th floor with a magnificent view looking South. Quiet room, smallish and with little hanging space and no safety box. Breakfast was Chinese and underwhelming. Nice indoor heated pool, but quite crowded with outsiders allowed to swim there. Fantastic gym with everything you could need and all to yourself. Probably stay here again for one night if the price was right. As a day trip, we went to Bingling Si. Take Metro to QiLiHe station on line 1. Walk east past KFC, take the 2nd pedestrian overpass, turn right then left after the touts near the public toilets. This is the Lanzhou West Bus Station. We caught the 9am bus for 23 yuan cash only and only available on the day. At the other end, organised a car for 4 people for 320 yuan. Last bus back at 5:30. It will leave earlier if full. Near QiLiHe station, great coffee place at 76 Jian Gong Xi Jie. Back from the bus station, past KFC, past Metro, left into Jian Gong Xi Jie. Try the 'dirty coffee '

Crowne Plaza Lanzhou terletak sangat dekat dengan stesen kereta api. Terdapat juga ”Carbohydrate Cross” yang terletak di tempatnya luas. Terdapat persembahan piano pada malam hujung minggu Lelaki muda di concierge mengambil inisiatif untuk membantu Kakitangan meja penyambut tetamu juga dengan sabar memeriksa kami. Keperluan harian di dalam bilik telah disediakan dengan baik dan mereka dapat membantu kami tepat pada masanya jika diperlukan. Secara keseluruhannya berasa baik.
