We had a amazing stay. Lovely beds, shower and the food for breakfast was delicious and had such variation! The staff were incredibly helpful.
Li Wenqiao was particularly superb!! He went out of his way to help us we any questions and needs we had during our stay (often before we even had the chance to ask!). This included sorting us out car hires in Lanzhou and beyond. Despite the language barrier he made a sincere effort to make us feel welcome and check we understood everything we needed to know.
Wang Naipeng was also amazingly helpful! Coming to the rescue when we ordered takeout to completely the wrong place 😂
We wish were returning to Lanzhou again soon, so we could stay in the hotel again! :)

第一個問題：不敢相信整個酒店衹有一個電梯，當天遇到電梯維修，結果跑樓梯跑到崩潰！（我的兩個大行李箱前台小哥抬到六樓）我家小朋友兩歲不到，全靠大人抱上樓！
第二個問題：酒店大堂辦理入住衹有一個櫃枱，所以住客多的情況下，一個怎麼夠用？櫃枱上還有一個自助入住的機器結果被告知不能用，到最後都是衹能靠一個櫃枱辦理入住！
第三個問題：酒店門口有圍欄，出租車下車不能立馬進入酒店，必須在後麪一點的路口下車步行至酒店，帶小孩且行李多的不推薦，每次出門打車也都要步行至路口。
第四個問題：當天我提出要自願加錢更換更大更好的房型，所以參考了攜程的圖片，隨後被告知，圖片和真正的房間不一樣，是因為還沒及時更新房型圖片。
作為一個專業的酒店品牌，以上幾點都令人非常失望！
不給差評是因為不希望被打擾。

We had a Family suite and it was very luxury. Breakfast was the Best we had in China. The Location of the Hotel was absolut perfekt for us so close to the trainstation. Perfekt stay, Thank you! Absolut worth to mention: very very good Matratze! Normale in China they are too Hard - but this one was Heaven so we stayed longer then planed

極力推薦！這是我住過最貼心，最温暖。無線網需要搜尋房間號就可以連接WIFI很給力，酒店的設施都挺完善的，性價比超高，所以第二次入住了，樓下的停車場比較緊張，過來的時候有的時候會沒有車位，但是工作人員很貼心，會下樓帶去附近的停車場停車，還會指引路線，告知我們怎麼回到酒店，前台的服務很專業，還幫忙免費升級了房間，房間的窗户很大，都是明窗，化粧鏡也是帶燈光的。酒店沒有早餐，工作人員會介紹，哪裡有好吃的東西，周邊的吃的也比較多，位置也便利，交通十分方便，所以在入住期間感覺特別滿意，房間的電視很不錯，聲音蠻大的，熱水特別熱，提供了免費的飲品，還有泡腳木桶，加濕器，還會贈送當地的三炮台品嚐，味道是真的不錯，離店的時候也買了幾盒！前台的工作人員服務熱情，會主動問好，有問題會第一時間回覆。給點100個贊吧

This beautiful boutique was our little heaven and refuge for us during our roadtrip through China. What made our stay outstanding was the wonderful welcome and the invaluable help we got from Suzy, our English speaking host and one of the supervisors. Her English is amazing and she sorted out all our problems and fulfilled all our wishes we had. Rarely had such an excellent support , she made our stay in Lanzhou one we will remember 🙏
Apart from this the hotel is brand new, beautifully designed (we loved the smell in the lobby!!) and had really everything we needed (an amazing laundry room too !!). We stayed much longer than we intended. Thank you so much. Greetings from the “Italians” ;-))

The hotel is located about 20 min walk from train station. If you have a big bag take a taxi for CNY10. The receptionists are all super friendly and helpful especially Xiao Meng who walked me to a local restaurant nearby knowing I couldn’t read Chinese signboard. The room is clean and comfortable and has a massage chair - very nice. Free use of microwave and water cooler. The only problem when I was there is there was constructions nearby so iit was noisy even at night. Ask for a room facing a different side might help.

PPengguna Tetamu非常好的酒店，西北自駕遊，從張掖殺過來，聯繫了幾個酒店都沒有三號晚上的親子房了，準備放棄的時候在攜程上聯繫了藍莓酒店，工作人員承諾可以升級親子房。到了前台蒲君坤立刻通知保潔迅速收拾出了十九樓的親子間，等待間隙還引導我們一家吃了下午茶，後來把我們送至房間，還送了小禮物給寶寶。剛開始以為是酒店金鑰匙，後來才知道是大唐的管理人員，藺工作吃苦耐勞，對待客户一絲不苟，把客户的情緒照顧的十分到位，不僅為酒店掙得了客源而且為客户掙得了全力，靈活通變處理問題，是不可多得的酒店管理人才。整個酒店所有的工作人員，樓層阿姨，保潔，都對小朋友十分友好。是非常優秀的親子酒店

JJoshuaVery happy with my stay. The reception is not located on the ground floor but staff make it very easy for you to find the elevators. The room was very clean and well maintained. All facets of the suite worked very well.
The “Executive Lounge” is located in the lobby and contains a fair selection of Whiskeys and Wines.
This was my first time staying in a Hilton, this hotel has now set a bar for my hotel experience.

地理位置優越，就在大眾巷裡麪，離中山橋、白塔山、張掖路步行街都很近，樓下就是便利店、葯店、棗糕店、早餐店、甚至還有理髮店我剪了個頭發衹要50元！晚上步行街就變成了個夜市，蘭州這個夜市是我看過全國最乾淨的夜市，大家都很文明，比去過的南方某些城市的夜市乾淨很多。
酒店衞生環境很好，很温馨，服務也很好！
下次來蘭州還要住這裏！
唯一缺點可能是房間面積有點小，但在前面那些優點面前這都不是事兒。蘭州真的太棒了！

XXiangtuixiudexiaoqie這是我住過性價比最高的酒店！
裝修非常好，房間很舒適，枕頭很舒服，入住當天有合適的房間給我們免費升級了，非常寬敞！
而且酒店的燈光設計得真的很棒，整個房間的燈光效果100分。
服務人員的態度很好，形象也100分。
順便在酒店簡單過了個生日，沒帶太多現金，最後留了一點點小費給打掃衞生的工作人員幫忙清理一些裝飾物，辛苦啦～
總之就是很推薦！（沒拍酒店裡麪的照片😂）
ps. 離機場起飛跑道很近，夜晚雖然飛機比較少，但是飛機起飛的時候聲音還是聽得比較清楚。如果有介意的，可以和工作人員溝通安排裏跑道較遠的房間。

If you like to keep fit or need to get fit - then this is a perfect hotel for that - as you can integrate it into your trip whether it be for business or holiday. The pool and gym are the most impressive facilities I’ve come across in a hotel. If you can’t swim I’m sure there are lessons available which would be a great thing to do no matter the purpose of your trip.
Thought the room was comfortable enough but I suppose if you weren’t using the hotel facilities you may feel it’s overpriced - we didn’t think this because we used the excellent pool and gym.
We had a couple of cocktails in the lounge bar that were excellent and the service in the hotel was very attentive.

SSusan LouiseNice and comfy hotel with a great bed and hot shower. The shower room is a little dated but good enough. The breakfast gets hit quite hard by the early risers heading out on trips but we had some fruit and eggs etc around 9am as we were spending the day in the city
There's no coffee, bring your own! Plenty of lukin coffee shops around that can be delivered to your room. Great food streets about.
This was an excellent price, my only real criticism was that such a big western brand still allows smoking in public areas. Literally guys smoking at the breakfast buffet. We booked a non smoking room and it was non smoking, only the communal areas seem affected.
We would stay here again!

The location is good for people who would travel with the train since the west railway station is around 10-15 mins on foot. The room was cosy and clean, suitable for short stay. There're some food stalls in the small street on the west of the hotel. The bus stop is also near. 24 hours front desk.

… this is the hotel to stay especially if you are an independent traveller!
Even before arrival we reached out to Li and she promptly promised to send a car to meet us upon arrival at Langzhouxi. The Tumendun metro station is right in front of the hotel. So is the bus stop which serves buses running to several Lanzhou attractions.
Aside from the obvious locational advantages the thing that strikes me most is the warmth and hospitality of the family running the place. Everyone from father, mother, 2 sons to DIL was eager to help with any questions that we might have. We couldn’t believe how patient they were in providing invaluable insights for the benefit of the tourist.
The room and bathroom were kept clean. Hot and cold water were readily available as well as a kettle.
We are grateful and would like to thank the whole family for treating us like family during our short stay here!
