Hotel berhampiran Northwest University for Nationalities, Lanzhou

The hotel was good for being near shops etc. It was clean and there was a small shop in the lobby. The ladies at the desk were very helpful with warming food and they were very kind. Overall, good for a short stop over.

I had excellent experience with this hotel. Its staff is very kind and friendly. One staff member even helped us do the laundry and deliver the dried clothes to our room. I have never seen such service at any other hotels. If I revisit Lanzhou, I would choose this hotel again.

第一個問題：不敢相信整個酒店衹有一個電梯，當天遇到電梯維修，結果跑樓梯跑到崩潰！（我的兩個大行李箱前台小哥抬到六樓）我家小朋友兩歲不到，全靠大人抱上樓！ 第二個問題：酒店大堂辦理入住衹有一個櫃枱，所以住客多的情況下，一個怎麼夠用？櫃枱上還有一個自助入住的機器結果被告知不能用，到最後都是衹能靠一個櫃枱辦理入住！ 第三個問題：酒店門口有圍欄，出租車下車不能立馬進入酒店，必須在後麪一點的路口下車步行至酒店，帶小孩且行李多的不推薦，每次出門打車也都要步行至路口。 第四個問題：當天我提出要自願加錢更換更大更好的房型，所以參考了攜程的圖片，隨後被告知，圖片和真正的房間不一樣，是因為還沒及時更新房型圖片。 作為一個專業的酒店品牌，以上幾點都令人非常失望！ 不給差評是因為不希望被打擾。

極力推薦！這是我住過最貼心，最温暖。無線網需要搜尋房間號就可以連接WIFI很給力，酒店的設施都挺完善的，性價比超高，所以第二次入住了，樓下的停車場比較緊張，過來的時候有的時候會沒有車位，但是工作人員很貼心，會下樓帶去附近的停車場停車，還會指引路線，告知我們怎麼回到酒店，前台的服務很專業，還幫忙免費升級了房間，房間的窗户很大，都是明窗，化粧鏡也是帶燈光的。酒店沒有早餐，工作人員會介紹，哪裡有好吃的東西，周邊的吃的也比較多，位置也便利，交通十分方便，所以在入住期間感覺特別滿意，房間的電視很不錯，聲音蠻大的，熱水特別熱，提供了免費的飲品，還有泡腳木桶，加濕器，還會贈送當地的三炮台品嚐，味道是真的不錯，離店的時候也買了幾盒！前台的工作人員服務熱情，會主動問好，有問題會第一時間回覆。給點100個贊吧

Although room is small it is well designed. All the required amenties are available. Loved the free use of washing machine and dryer. Excellent reception service. Location is right next to Lanzhou train station.

Very convenient location right by the train station and close to lots of great food options. Staff were helpful and assisted in extending our stay. Laundry machine is available but you have to have your own detergent. Complimentary alcohol wipes, face wash, and other goodies were much appreciated.

非常棒，視野很好，在房間就可以看到黃河的夜景，下午可以非常完整的看日落，衞生也很到位，最主要的工作人員非常友好熱情，前台的小修非常熱情的介紹了蘭州的美食，還很貼心的發了定位，整個入住期間也是很暖心的提供了很多幫助跟建議，讓我們感受到了蘭州人民的熱情好客，酒店每天都提供了水果，還送了小朋友零食大禮包，非常棒，以後有機會再到蘭州還會選擇這家酒店，體驗感拉滿

Really nice hotel within walking distance of Lanzhou Train Station and right next to a metro station too. The hotel was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We ended up extending and extra night as we had been travelling around quite a lot and the hotel was a nice place to catch up on some much needed rest. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful too! Highly recommend!

Nice hotel next to Tuanjie Xincun Metro Station Line 2, but not up to 5star level. We stayed for 3 nights, as I had prepaid. No English spoken either at the front desk or breakfast cafe. Room was on the 26th floor with a magnificent view looking South. Quiet room, smallish and with little hanging space and no safety box. Breakfast was Chinese and underwhelming. Nice indoor heated pool, but quite crowded with outsiders allowed to swim there. Fantastic gym with everything you could need and all to yourself. Probably stay here again for one night if the price was right. As a day trip, we went to Bingling Si. Take Metro to QiLiHe station on line 1. Walk east past KFC, take the 2nd pedestrian overpass, turn right then left after the touts near the public toilets. This is the Lanzhou West Bus Station. We caught the 9am bus for 23 yuan cash only and only available on the day. At the other end, organised a car for 4 people for 320 yuan. Last bus back at 5:30. It will leave earlier if full. Near QiLiHe station, great coffee place at 76 Jian Gong Xi Jie. Back from the bus station, past KFC, past Metro, left into Jian Gong Xi Jie. Try the 'dirty coffee '

It‘s a super-clean hotel with modern (and I thought very tastefully designed) rooms overlooking the yellow river. There‘re no options to go out right at the hospital, but if you‘re willing to take a walk (or a short taxi-ride) you‘ll have lots of options. Train station 15 minutes by Didi in the morning. Downside for international travellers: It‘s all in Chinese, even the light-scenarios cannot be identified easily, the staff didn‘t speak a word of English. It‘s made up for with friendliness and online-translators.
